Foul smelling milk purchased Tuesday 25th August Boston store all three bottles where sour dated use by 1st Sept looks like its been left out fridge in the store its usually good

In January2026 I had a seizure outside the front door at the Oldbury store in West Midlands. A male member of staff helped me. A few weeks later I went back to do a shop and thanked the employee who helped me. I left the store and noticed a female member of staff waited in the car park for me and came towards me very aggressively and screamed, shouted and swore so loud in my face. She threatened me and told me I was not allowed to come back or watch. Extremely disgusting behaviour. I was with my 9year old daughter and it’s visible I am ill. I was venerable and to be screamed and threatened so aggressively was awful. I haven’t been in for a while but it’s august now and I saw her working again. She was smirking and very shocking farmfoods have allowed her to continue to employee her considering the seriousness of this girls behaviour.

I just wanted to recognise the excellent customer service I received from Farmfoods in relation to a product fault. From my initial contact, everyone I dealt with was helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in resolving the issue. They investigated it properly and came back with a very fair resolution.
In an age where customer service can sometimes be disappointing, Farmfoods really stood out. Very impressed and happy to recommend them.

Farmfoods is a good store but if Gravesend is anything to go by then it desperately needs to give staff training on customer relations. One almost took my head off oprning a freezer but on acknowledgement never mind a wuick 'sorry'. Many those manning the tills have no interaction with customers. Comfort on the tills ignores customers. If I owned the stores I would take a long look at my staff.

the robin park branch in wigan staff are amazing. they are all so friendly and helpful. the manager is the happiest guy ive ever seen. always get a big loud 'morning'
prices are great and always stocked, theyll order you anything you need.
its strange because the farmfoods a mile away from robin park is poor.

The Staff at the Chadderton Store do need to look at how they treat their customers. I went in for some items at the weekend and was told they had warehousing issues. Yet despite asking about products they did have the Manager DOM barking the same line about warehousing issues. So I reported it to the head of operations by email and got a £10 food voucher.

Visited The Chadderton branch in oldham,the freezers were practially bare and my partner asked a member of staff about this and he just warehouse issue in a very rude manner,told us he didnt care and continued to glare at us until we left,Turns out he was a manager called Dom,I also work within customer service but you don't give customers attitude and act in a aggressive manner..its just childish...dont go there unless you want to be in our situation.Very poor Customer service indeed.

I've been using farm food in shrub hill Worcester since it opened but the last few months prices have gone up the other day a bought a cheese pizza cost 99p today it's £1.19 and fish pies was 89p now £1.19 each chip shop battered fish was £1.19 now £1.69 I won't be shopping there again the store will go out of business they will lose most of their customers

Just had to do another, absolutely fabulous quality of everything tried so far, biggest outstanding items pork tenderloin, never ever had quality like it, large grey and pink prawns, pork escalopes, chicken tenders, I could go on! Honestly wasn't a farmfoods shopper, now on all the time. Staff lovely helpful and polite. A joy.

My mum bought milk this Monday from Farmfoods and the taste was so weird literally a total scam. It looked like water mixed with milk.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE TO SHOP TELFORD HOLYHEAD ROAD STORE. EVERYTHING I NEEDED AFTER A LONG 12HR SHIFT IN EMI FACILITIES. THE STAFF WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY HELPFUL INDEED. ESPECIALLY STAFF MEMBER SUSAN ON THE TILL AT THE TIME AND ALLAN WHO HELPED PUSH MY FULL SECOND TROLLEY TO MY VEHICLE. SURELY THEY SHOULD RECEIVE A MONTHLY BONUS FOR BOTH THEIR GENUINE EFFORT AND INTUITIVE PEOPLE SKILLS FIRST RATE FIVE STAR EMPLOYEES. FARMFOODS SHOULD RECOGNISE HOW LUCKY THEY ARE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT!!!

Have just received a flyer through the door for farm foods. Unbelievable, but they now sell halal food. Therefore I shall never purchase from farm foods again. Halal food goes against my religion and beliefs.

I would like to say what a great representative of the company the manager, Carol from Farmfoods in Galashiels is. I had never shopped there before but she talked me into trying it and I will now be a regular customer. Great quality food at a sensible price. Thanks Carol & hope to meet you again!!

I have been a few times to the Farm Foods Wigan. Summary is nothing really bad. I bought a few items believing they were value for money. However, the taste isn't good and infact I'm not shopping theor again. The staff are helpful and efficient even though it is minimal staffing. I found by shopping there for the same amount I spent at other retailers . I got more items. But some of those items I scraped because I didn't find them eatable and nobody does at home. Unsure what has happened at your Weston-Super-Mare store over the last few weeks, the store has more gaps in their shelves and freezers than stock available , cleanliness has deteriorated. Even the “basics” are never on sale. I’m pretty sure they are losing customers at an alarming rate because of it too. No longer worth the trip

Bought their own brand of sausage and mash. Seriously disgusting. No taste to the mash and the gravy was sweet. Extra small sausages which were tasteless.

Great range of frozen and non frozen products at low prices, I like to browse first before settling what is going into my trolley, that way, the frozen items are not thawing whilst i'm browsing. However, today (Wednesday 5th August), I visited the Darlington store and put all of my items through the till, I was being served by a lady named Jill who was extremely pleasant to speak with. Jill's demeanour and attitude made my visit to the store a very happy experience. Such encounters brighten your day and Jill certainly did that.
