I booked my plane ticket at the locking price and then I was told I couldn’t take a carry-on that was going to be charged $250 to be able to take a carry-on back for one night from Detroit to New York and I guess now I’m out of my money, but why would I travel one day without any clothing that makes no sense. And then once I informed the person who called that I was just going to have my card locked and blocked from this payment, he hung up on me.

Don’t deserve even a 1!!! They sold me a ticket then told me they oversold and I need to pay an additional 300.00. Crap!! No refund, southwest know Nothing about a flight because there is no confirmation number!! I’m reporting them to the business bureau today. Don’t use these scammers!!

Sadly I can't give less than one star, they are even less than zero, SCAM..SCAM...SCAM... Be aware! Do not book your ticket with this site cause you will loose your money, they give you wrong information so you can book then take your money and wont give a refund! or they give you an option to upgrade with them for more expensive tickets than the other sites. so it's either you loose your money or upgrade with more expensive tickets. BE AWARE!

The only thing I want this company to change is for them to tell people up front, BEFORE purchasing tickets, that when you choose the lowest price, it places you in a sub coach category, which means, NO CARRY-ON BAGS AAAAAND NO CHECKED BAAAAGS. Who the heck travels with ZERO bags? And your purse cannot be more than 3. or 4 lbs. I wound up paying $110 MORE than I should have!!! Never, EEEEver forNEEEVER using this farce of a search engine AGAIN!

Big Scam company! They offer great deals , you select what matches your needs and they charge you the cost! Then they call you and Force you to get more expensive and not your flight needs….. they are rude and no costumbre service oriented at all!! They demand your Credit or financial card Numbers, your id and even your Security codes yes!! Finally they do not cancel your “reservation” they charge you and they Will request more money for slternatives….. finally they charge you and do not even get you a travel ticket

If after reading this review, and many more same reviews about them, you will still try order from them flying ticket, then there is something wrong with you.
booked online via cheapflights. they offer genuine flight of air canada, with good price. they send you reservation confirmation after 2 minutes, but the E TICKETS will never arrive or any other email saying anything. tried to email them, no answer, trying to call them they said that there is a ticket, but it is very basic and nonrefundable, so they offer upgrade or different flights. they will also lie saying that your ticket is standby ticket! when actually there is no such thing. also, everyone knows that agents offer you tickets upgrades before approval of reservation and not after. but please note that they will not charge you right away because charging with no tickets at all is criminal and will cause FBI involvement. what they do now is just bad business. very bad

Very unprofessional. I booked my ticket and I got an email next morning dates are changed. When I tried to reach to an agent after a long wait finally he pick the my call he was un professionally, no manner no idea how to deal with customers. Its scam don’t buy any ticket from them .

They are fraudster. They made me believing that I bought a cheap airline ticket, and only on the second day, they sent me an email that my reservation is on hold to call them. When I called, I was told that the ticket I bought was a promotional restricted economy section that I should go on waiting list but no guarantee that I would be traveling the same day hence the flight is sold out. If I want to go the same day that the cheapest flight ticket would be $900 from $328.00. That if I don't want it that I would forfeit the money. They are fraudsters. Please, don't buy from them. There are not a good agency. Please
