This is scam. They try and up sell you right away. They say they reschedule your flight immediately before even booking it with airline. They call you multiple times to upsé’. Any positive reviews are written by them! Stay away, it’s too cheap to be true. Scammer through and through

5 STAR AND ANYTHING ABOVE ARE CLEARLY ROBOTS

booked my original flight, got a call saying that I need to pay more just like everyone else said (flexible dates, limited seating) so they said I need to upgrade for double the price to bring a carry on and add a suitcase. Customer service is awful and you can’t even get a word in. I’m writing this review before their transaction has come out and try blocking the payment as of course with any scam NO REFUNDS

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I booked a flight for $177 from asheville to atlanta. I immediately got a call stating that the price of the ticket has gone up to $550. I could either pay the difference or change my plans to a different airport or date to get a better price. I asked for a refund and was treated rudely and told the purchase was nonrefundable even though the purchase had just been made. This should be illegal. Horrible experience

wish I could leave "0" stars. I purchased an airline ticket on August, 15, 2025 on Delta. They contacted me the next day saying there is an issue with the flight and I need to upgrade. Pay more money to fly on a budget airline. I told them I want a refund, that the issue was on their end. They tell me that it's not refundable. But after I argued with them they were able to keep me on the original flight. Then I get a call back saying that delta over booked the flight, Saturday afternoon out of Chattanooga. Now to fly the same day, I need to pay more money, Again on a budget airline.
I got on Delta's site 1/2 the plane was available, not over sold. then they tried to tell me the the main cabin tickets were stand by prices. Bait & Switch, They give you a quality airline and then switch you to a low budget airline increasing their profit margins at the customers cost. I called Delta, Fareporto continues to lie. Stay Away from this company. Deal directly with the airlines, the price is the same without the middleman.

Worst booking website that is online. The custom care are the worst in the world. When you book your flight they make your read 10 page term and condition

Un 0 no se merece ni si quiera mi tiempo pero es necesario que todos sepan y LEAN lo que esta gente hace antes de poner tu información de tarjeta y otra información adicional!
Cuando “compras” el ticket recibes una llamada a los 10 minutos diciendo que para “confirmar” tu vuelo necesitas pagar 180 dólares extra y que los días que había elegido “ya no están disponibles” que yo debía de ser “flexible” y aunque ponga en las condiciones que puedes cancelar o cambiar tu vuelo antes de las 72 horas “TODOS LOS VUELOS SON STAND BY” “NO REFUNDED” ósea que no importa que vuelo elijas no tienes derecho a viajar con maletas o maleta de malo, no tienes derecho a reclamar tu dinero incluso siendo una semana antes de tu vuelo y que “yo debería haberme informado de las condiciones y términos antes de comprar un ticket”
Honestamente la peor experiencia y ojalá no se asusten con esto pero voy a denunciar a esta webside por SCAM!

I had been buying all my tickets online for years. Until I finally bought a ticket through this website. After receiving confirmation for the flight, I was surprised that they stopped my ticket and told me that I had to accept additional conditions. I would not be carrying any luggage, not even a handbag or carry-on, and I had to pay an additional $1,250 for it to be according to the new conditions. When I asked them if I wanted a refund and to cancel the ticket, they told me that would not happen because the ticket is non-refundable or non-cancellable. I did as they wanted and went back to the credit card company and told them what had happened to me and to take action to get my money back or stop any transactions or funds that would be withdrawn through this company. They actually did because I was being deceived by the employees of this company. I got a good price ticket, then they sorted everything out and started setting impossible conditions.

This place is a scam! The worst costumer service EVER!! They just argue to prove you are the wrong one and don't help to solve your problem!!! I ended up paying much more for my fair then others websites. You DO get what you pay for! They offer some cheap fair to lure you but they are a scam! READ the fine prints BEFORE you input your payment information! Once it's done you are already trapped! Then the only option is to get another, more expensive, fair! And they are much more expensive than other places! Their' lower' price ISN'T worse it! Believe me!! it was a stress!!

UNACCEPTABLE, I CALLED UA THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE FLIGHT THAT THIS COMPANY PROVIDED TO ME. COMPLETE FRAUD! DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS

They are scam.they never mentioned a price change and charged me $100 more than my original ticket.
