Had a lot of help from Zac,helpful, trustworthy and patient

Ross was extremely helpful in arranging our trip to Thailand. He made any changes we requested until we achieved the perfect trip. All details of flights and accommodation were emailed. Everything went well, hotels were great and all pick ups and drop offs went very smoothly with excellent communication. If I was arranging another trip I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Zac has been great throughout our whole booking process. Patiently listening to our needs and making several changes and suggestions to our itinerary. Would recommend.

Khan was very helpful and timely, would recommend!

Ross and his team provided exceptional customer service, delivering like no other company! They took on board every detail of our request and came back with the desired holiday package. Ross also went over and above his duties to sort out an issue we had with our holiday arrangements and adjusted them for us at very short notice. Would definitely recommend this company!

A very big thank you to Zac for booking my trip to Japan. My mother has booked her previous 2 holuidays with Zac and is always happy with the service Zac offers from fares for you . So when I decided I was going to Japan last minute and started looking for deals that’s were stupidly priced. My mother said don’t worry we have Zac!!
Zac did not fail us, he delivered us an amazing deal with everything how I wanted it at a very good price.
On one occasion Zac worked over to 10pm to ensure I would get the deal and everything went through smoothly. So thank Zac, fares for you are so lucky to have you!! Jack

I had a lovely experience. Everything was made clear and simple and I got my flight booked so quickly and now I look forward to that trip

Great experience- responsive & helpful team MaShaaAllah. Helped a lot with every aspect of the booking and our trip. Great advisors 10/10 experience.

The company is very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure that your requirements are met and also exceeded. The staff are very helpful and take their time and effort to provide flexibility and ensure client satisfaction. I havent attended my trip yet as it is a couple of months away so hopefully it also lives up to my expectations.

Zac was very helpful in sourcing us the trip we want for Japan

Team are great- very responsive and have the patience of Jobe!

We asked them to organise a Japan trip and went back four times to change direction, change hotels, change flights and they simply follow through.

Can’t be faulted

Excellent customer service

They were very helpful when it came to giving me all of my options and helping me refine the options based on my preferences. The process was very easy and got the ticket sent to my email straight away

Ian was incredibly helpful with our holiday planning! We changed our minds quite a few times and had lots of extra details, but he handled everything perfectly. He always called us back promptly and took care of everything. Very patient and provided excellent service!

I would like to take the time out to say a huge thank you to Zak for all of his hard work and excellent service. This is the second trip I have now booked with Zak and this is for India 2026. I have been planning a family trip to India for years but hadn’t gotten round to it yet and therefore relied heavily on Zak’s research and expertise. Zak always went out of his way to find me the best deals and when I did my own research and wanted to alter the itinerary or hotels, Zak was always welcoming and able to suit my needs. Booking this trip has been an enjoyable experience and Zak really has found an incredible price for me and my loved ones to go on the journey of a lifetime. I cannot recommend booking here enough, will be recommending my daughter for her honeymoon and all my friends and family!

I recently booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris for a group of 15 which isn't easy! 🤣

Trevor Walker has been amazing throughout the whole process, from searching, to booking and making the installments. He has been kind, understanding and very patient! We will definitely be recommending to family and friends and we will book with him in the future!

Looking forward to going the Disney, 28 days and counting!

Thanks again for all your help Trevor! 🥰
