Airport Specialists Cars Anmeldelser

Complete confidence that my car would arrive at the arranged time both going to the airport and meeting me on return. One less concern when making a trip.
Jose Santos was a star, even helping me carry my suitcases upstairs when I would have struggled.
Thank you so much for a first class service.

Our outbound driver David was on time & the car was really roomy & clean. He was very polite, chatty & friendly & got us to Heathrow safely.
Our return driver Jose was waiting for us in arrivals & was very polite. The car was very clean & there was a newspaper & bottled water for us.
We have already booked this company again as everything went smoothly from the easy booking process, emails being answered quickly & getting us to & from the airport.
I would definitely recommend them.

Driver on time. Very polite.
Very smooth comfortable journey to and from the airport.
Booking was simple and kept up to date with information needed.

My wife was taken ill during boarding of a flight home. When I rang Airport Specialists Cars they were very understanding and, thanks to a cancellation the next day, were able to accommodate our delayed return.
On arrival at Heathrow, Sandor recognised us from a year ago and was again courteous and efficient, which was very much appreciated after the 24 hours we'd had!

The whole process from start to finish was excellent and really easy. Our driver Jose was fantastic and sent messages on both collection days stating where he was. Our flight home was delayed but this was no problem either. Fantastic all around and will be using this service again.

Very efficient friendly service with excellent communication

Great service, thank you

Cannot recommend Airport Specialists enough!
We had another great experience with them. Booking and confirmation was easy and well organised. Confirmation of driver name, contact number, event details and car registration received the day before going and returning.
Jose, our driver, was very helpful, professional and friendly.
Thank you all for another great experience, hope to see you again soon :)

Friendly and helpful driver (David) arrived early and car was perfect size for the extra luggage we had. We will definitely use again for airport runs.

Our driver (Jose) was on time, friendly, professional. Kept us informed about where he would meet us and how we see our name on a sign he carried and helpful with our heavy luggage

The booking process was easy and our driver was great.

All great points for both legs of the trip. On time, polite and friendly drivers, great communication, immaculately clean cars and nice little extras like bottled water and a newspaper. Thanks

Very easy and professional bookings service, even when our flights changed it was no problem for them to be updated and change times and days from the original ones that I booked. Great communication from company and the driver. On time and friendly driver. Took the worry out of parking and driving after a long journey. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for future bookings
Thank you 🙏

Booking easy, Driver Punctual, helpful, calm. Nice easy ride to the airport.

Efficient, good communication, really clean car and good driver

I got the date of my departure wrong and had to alter the date just the day before. My embarrassment was quite high but the gentleman in the office put me at ease.
Both journeys to the airport ran dead on time. The drivers were polite and very helpful, particularly with my travelling companion who used “a walker”. I have used this company for a long time and will continue to to do so.

I have used Airport Specialist Cars many times now and will continue to do so. My most recent experience was the same as the others. Very reliable, punctual, polite driver. Takes the stress out of the whole ‘Getting to the airport’ Would highly recommend

Have used Airport Specialists Cars a number of times Lovely driver, efficient friendly service, can't fault.

A great journey with a courteous professional driver. Nice clean car and arrived on time to pick us up

Brilliant service both to Heathrow and on return. Totally reliable, helpful and friendly. Thank you!
