I have been using FFS for a while now. I really the amount of data it provides. The user experience is great. And finally the articles are quite informative as well.

What i use a lot:
Point predictions
Player data and team data (specifically the heatmaps for goals scored and conceded etc. to look for zonal weaknesses).
Sometimes FDR
Reading articles

Further request for new information:

Currently, I look at multiple things to understand which match suits which player in terms of oppositions' zonal weaknesses. But it would be good if I can get something that can directly show me that in an intuitive manner week in week out.

I have been a member of Fantasy Football Scout since 2016 and it is my go to site for Fantasy Football information.
Each gameweek I will be using the member tools such as the Fixture ticker, Rate my Team and Player Comparisons.
The Team News and Predicted line ups by Neale is always invaluable.
On top of that is all the YouTube content which is great to watch especially Scoutcast, Q&A with Az and Sam and Team News with Joe and Neale.
Highly recommended for anyone who plays Fantasy Football!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my login and the team handled it swiftly and helped me get back into my account quickly so I could make the most of the content for the final GW of the season.

I've been a Scout member for over a decade and it remains my first port of call for all things FPL. Great articles, supportive community, plus invaluable tools & features. Thoroughly recommended!

FFScout has helped me achieve x2 Top 4k ranks in the last 2 years. Its members area is where I make my FPL decisions weekly with my favourite area being the custom tables that community members have made. The value for money is fantastic if you take FPL seriously and want to win your mini leagues.

Got recharged for a subscription having emailed them as per their terms and conditions the year before to cancel my subscription as per their T&Cs section 1.9 .
"Cancellation of premium recurring membership subscription plans are the responsibility of the account owner and should be done either directly via the “Cancel” link included on your profile page or by contacting our support team via support-at-fantasyfootballscout.co.uk in advance of the subscription renewal date (either monthly or annual depending on the subscription). Refunds are at the discretion of Fantasy Football Scout and will not be issued except in cases of fraud."

Emailing them doesn't work it seems, you have to in fact do it via Paypal which isn't mentioned in their terms and conditions and cancelling via the membership area didn't work either. I ended up requesting a refund via Paypal.

Clearly they will do anything to keep your money even though its obvious you want to cancel using the method they state in their T&Cs.

Switched to auto-renewal model, costing me three years of unintended and unused subscriptions with no proper forewarning, reminders and difficulty cancelling the membership.

Same as everyone else, have no email regarding being an auto-renew service, no email confirming id signed into an auto renew deal, no reminder email letting me know that i have an auto renewal coming up, and then just a blanket no response to my refund request, taking further and reporting to trading standards and going through official channels to get my refund. very poor fraudulent company DO NOT USE.

READ IF YOUVE BEEN CHARGED AUTO-RENEWAL!!!!

Like many here, I was shocked to see a charge go out of my PayPal as I wasn't aware I had recurring membership, nor did I receive an email advising me of this beforehand. Like others I contacted FFS to ask for a refund, but they refuse. They are a disgraceful business.

HOWEVER, BE CLEAR, THEY ARE WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE LAW AND YOU *CAN* GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Long story short, I phoned Citizens Advice who confirmed that 1) their terms and conditions do not make it clear the membership is recurring. 2) they fail to send an email with any terms or details of recurring membership when you sign up. 3) they fail to give fair notice of further payments coming out 4) they fail to provide clear instructions on how to cancel membership (if you happened to know it was recurring). This means they are acting in breach of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and, therefore, the law is on your side. Because of my report, Citizens Advice have referred FFS onto Trading Standards so I hope they will sort them out soon. I RECOMMEND YOU REPORT THEM TOO!

HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOW!
If you paid via PayPal, simply raise a dispute and explain the above. Because they are in breach of the law, you'll get your money back. Thats how I got it back.

If you paid by credit or debit card, then contact your bank and get them to raise a dispute to get your money back that way. Because it's easy to demonstrate they are acting outside of the law (their pathetic T&C's is enough to prove this), you should get your money back.

FFS know they are in the wrong as they receive countless complaints every year but they rely on people giving up, believing there is nothing they can do or it's too much hassle. THEY ARE WRONG! I was reassured by citizens advice that I'd get my money back and they were right. But if for some reason you don't via PayPal or via your bank, taking them to small claims court is the next step and is very simple and you can get FFS pay any fees. Citizens Advice will take you through the process (all online) and at that point, they'll likely give you a refund then rather than go all the way to court, knowing they will lose.

Don't let them win. They are trading unlawfully and the more people who complain through citizens advice and the more reports they get through Trading Standards, the less likely they are to be able to scam people in this way. DON'T GIVE UP!
