Would NEVER use this company again. I didn't mean to place my order and did so by accident. I was just looking for when I would receive the product because I needed it for Halloween. Somehow the wrong address got put in and they didn't even give me a chance to put in the promo code they sent me to get a discount. I immediately sent an email explaining my situation and said I must have the product by October 30. They responded at 11:45pm my time so I didn't see it till the following morning saying I had 2 hours to cancel and the product wouldn't be there till November 5. I responded 6 hours after receiving their email but they said too late and it's your problem. The package went to an old address and I don't live near there any more. But when I emailed them that I needed it by October 30 they should have waited to send it out. Horrible customer service.

A rare Rabbit costume.
The object came in time for Halloween. It was a little smaller than expected, though that may have to do with the material. It worked perfect perfectly for our Winnie the Pooh group costume. It was a much better alternative than a $70 or $80 costume.

The hoodie is perfect. I ordered an XL an it fits like in between an XL an XXL. The hood reminds me of like an assassin creed style hood, which is pretty cool. The hoodie is not made for winter but will keep you warm in like spring or something. I wish there was a way to upload a picture. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you!

Still waiting for item
I placed an order for a family ornament on 12/4. Here is it Christmas morning and the ornament has not arrived. I wrote them 2 emails about my disappointment and frustration. The site has 2 address listed in the U.S. but at no point does it warn you that it is being shipped from another country and has to go through customs. Had I known that, I would've ordered elsewhere. This is why is it so hard to support small businesses. If you decide to order something from them anyway, order 3-6 months before you actually need the item. I will never again, personally.

Awful company. Ways to improve: a new return policy is needed as well as an entirely new customer service section. Quality is cheap on products so that needs improvement as well.
