Do not buy from this company! Ordered Roman Blonds for Skylight roof window. Firstly took the company 3 weeks to tell me I hadn’t paid when I had and they had missed it!! The blinds eventually arrived. I am so disappointed with the quality. I bought the blind in black out grey fabric. The blind sits away from the wall so no point in ordering black out fabric as a lot of light comes in. The fabric is cheap quality with no sturdy backing to the blind to give it some body. It’s just a big saggy bit of cloth hanging over my window. I have complained but it takes a while to hear anything and then basically they don’t want to know. I wish I had found the reviews of the company before using them.

Von drei Raffrollos für die Pergola im Garten sind zwei gut genäht, aber beim Dritten gibt es in der Mitte bei den Ösen einen Versatz, wodurch sich das Rollo nur sehr schwer ziehen lässt.
Zu meiner Reklamation (mit Fotobeweis) bekam ich die Antwort, das der Abstand der Löcher gleich ist und die Ware gut! Auf weiteres Anfragen, sollte ich das Rollo verpacken, da es am nächsten Tag abgeholt wird, was nie passierte.
Fazit: Schlechter Service, keine Kundenbetreung -> Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Pleasantly Surprised – Worth It

After reading a ton of bad reviews, I was hesitant to buy these PCV cassette roller blinds. But I took the risk and honestly, I'm glad I did. They arrived on time, looked exactly as advertised, and were straightforward to install. The quality is solid – nothing flimsy or cheap-feeling. They operate smoothly and block out light well. I don’t know what issues others had, but mine are working perfectly. Sometimes the internet just overreacts. I gave them a chance and it paid off. No regrets.

Also auch von mir leider eher eine schlechte Bewertung. Wir haben für das untergeschoss einfache Rollos, welche halbwegs gut sind und auch ausreichend. Nun haben wir für das Schlafzimmer ein Doppel Raff Rollo bestellt, wo sofort die erste schnurrt gerissen ist und ich mehrfach das Rollo auseinander nehmen musste, weil sich dann auch alle anderen Schnüre immer gelöst haben. Absolut schlechte Qualität und es hängt krumm und schief ohne das sich das erklären lässt. Ich würde eher wieder etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und bei dekoria bestellen. Da sind die Rollos wirklich super von der Qualität.

I wish I checked reviews before ordering... Do not order as you’ll waist your time and money. Poor customer service. Blinds arrived not up to measurements. Customer service asked to take picture of each blind which I did, then complained that they can’t see anything. After many many many emails back and forth I just gave up as could see will go nowhere. Still placed them on windows with gaps present. Now, when rolled up and down, every single blind shifted to the right leaving even bigger gap in between window and frame. Poor poor quality. Would not recommend.

I was a bit hesitate to order plisse blindstaren here, but the blinds came quickly and are beautiful! There was 1 clip broken and after I mailed them, they send a new clip right away. The after service was brilliant. I will certainly recommend this company to friends and family and will 100% order again here

I ordered a blind on 16 August 2024.
The blind arrived mid September but was missing some parts which meant it would not stay in place when pulled down.
The model I ordered had no instructions so I was sent instructions via PDF for a similar model. After much tooing and froing I was sent a replacment blind which also did not work.
I eventually received a refund upon condition I returned the blind.
I had to pay for shipping and customs as there was an issue with the return documents (with which I was given zero assistance). I am still awaiting a refund for the shipping etc. I have sent over 30 emails on this and wasted a huge amount of time.
The company are not based in the UK FYI and it is virtually impossible to contact them via phone.

Bei Bestellung hat Zahlung nicht funktioniert, schicken dann eine Rechnung zur Überweisung. Habe das Geld überwiesen und seitdem nie wieder was von Ihnen gehört. Raffrollo habe ich auch nie erhalten. Auf Nachfrage kam keine Antwort. Erst als ich mit der Polizei gedroht habe kam eine Antwort. Ganz ganz miese Masche, bin mir gar nicht sicher ob das Geschäft wirklich existiert.

Made several orders over the last few years. Product has always been excellent. I have only had good experiences. When I part failed recently, they sent me a replacement for free and it is working fine again. I would highly recommend.

So having spent £15.00 returning the faulty product and being promised a credit. The product arrived back at my house having not been collected their end. So why make me return it?? Such an appalling customer service.

I was about to order 5 in number Premium Pleated blinds but, having read some of the negative reviews on this site, decided to order just the one to make sure I was happy with it. I wished I'd ordered all 5 at once now as the blind I received is excellent. Sizes are exactly as I requested. Delivery was what was promised and the communication between order and delivery was first class. The blind was fitted in no time following the online instructions and YouTube videos. Great product for a great price compared to other online suppliers. I'll be ordering another 4 soon.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I ordered 4 large skylight pleated blinds. The window frame has rectangular cross section, I asked the Company if the measurement instructions were applicable to this type of frames and once they confirmed I took the measurement following the instructions to the letter. The blinds turned up and they could not be fitted because 1) the measurement instructions were NOT compatible (!) with my window frame style and 2) the blinds were wider than ordered by only a few millimetres. Three months (!) after the initial order and 1 month since the last email sent, the Company asked that I repack the blinds so they could come and pick them up, hand rework them and send them back to me. By this time, I had already purchased alternative products and disposed of the defective blinds from FamilyRollo. Before I forget, I provided the Company with ample schematics and details of how they should change/improve their measurement instructions to avoid this issue affecting other customers, although they don't deserve it considering how they treated me......

Absolutely awful company, I ordered a made to measure blind for a roof light. I was nothing like the picture...it looked like a saggy sail. the metal side cords were fine but they clipped into plastic holders which were fit to break. The worst thing was. that this blind is actually dangerous, they are using a standard roman blind track, which is designed to be hung on a vertical wall, with it hanging at an angle it is only a matter of time before it falls out of the brackets.
After being told that the picture on the website is representative of what I received I was too furious for words. it was nothing like the picture on the website...I make blinds and curtains for a living, so I have some experience on what blinds are fit for purpose, and this certainly is not.
Obviously they don't care what they are sending to their customers because I have thrown away better blinds than they sent me.
The only saving grace was that I paid for the item through Paypal and I opened a dispute against the company.

I ordered three blinds measured according to the instructions, two are consistent with the dimensions sle the last is too wide, I sent more than 20 emails with a complaint sle someone cares not to consider the complaint because these are of course the shipping costs production. The lady who accepted the complaint claims that it is in accordance with the order, despite the fact that I sent photos with a measure, if the 70 mm difference according to you is ok then congratulations. I wish you good luck and a quick collapse of the company when this is how you treat customers. This comment below is not true because the first two items agree and the last one that should be size 69 is size 76 I did not order such a size. Only to the person to whom I submitted a complaint does not accept (despite the photos I attached) the case was reported to paypal

Wir haben ein Raffrollo mit 4 Führungsseilen bestellt. Die Durchführungs-Ösen für die Führungsseile waren nicht in einer Linie (Abweichung mehr als 2cm) , sodass das Rollo beim schieben verklemmt. Man kann es so weder richtig vor noch zurückschieben. Nach einer ersten Reklamation, mussten wir das Rollo zurücksenden. Die E- Mail Kommunikation dazu, war kurz ohne Entschuldigung o.ä. . DasRollo wurde abgeholt. Ein neues Rollo kam dann nach ein paar Wochen. Wieder mit dem gleichen Fehler. Erneute Reklamation mit der Aufforderung zur Rückabwicklung/ Kaufpreiserstattung kam folgende Antwort (Zitat): „… Roelts sind gut, bitte installieren Sie sie, es kostet uns das Doppelte der Bestellung, es ist die Natur des Produkts“

der schrecklichste Service. Wir haben vor 2,5 Monaten eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Wir haben Rollo mit den falschen Maßen geschickt, sie haben uns gebeten, Rollo zurückzusenden und sie würden die Maße korrigieren, was wir auch getan haben. Wir haben den Rollo nie in den richtigen Größen erhalten, sie haben das Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Sie haben seit über einem Monat nicht auf E-Mails geantwortet. der schlechteste Service der Welt.

Richtige Abzocke!!!
Hab ein maßangefertigtes Rollo bestellt und einen Motor.
Das Rollo war mit Kratzern und eins von den Schnürren ist zu kurz und ich kann das deswegen nicht benutzen.
Auf die Anfrage deshalb wurde nur gesaugt falsch gemessen.
Den Motor will ich zurück schicken und die sagen zurück schicken geht nicht weil es ein Onlineshop ist…..
Der ist original verpackt!
Die Dame mit der ich über die Emailadresse schreibe versteht und schreibt kein Deutsch was man versteht.
180 Euro einfach zum Fenster raus geschmissen!
Abgesehen davon habe ich über drei Wochen auf die Lieferung gewartet.
Spart euch das Geld lieber.

Ordered Day and Night PCV Cassette Roller Blinds easy to install and fit in without any issues. Quality is excellent. Make sure you follow the instructions for measuraments. I was concern due to negative reviews, but decided to give it a chance and didn't regret. Thank you!

I bought two of these made to measure blinds for my small skylight windows. Installation was very easy and these were install in a matter of minutes. The issue is that these blinds are not fit for purpose. They do not sit tight against the wall like in the picture and sag quite alot, so don't actually block out sunlight (even though i ordered the blackout blinds) When these fold at the top, they just hang down rather than sitting flush against the the recess. It's a shame i was hoping these were going to be a good solution, but unfortunately, money wasted.

Measured up using the online instructions and it was supplied exactly to size and a perfect fit (those people leaving a bad review because they measured up wrong - that's poor form).

Took just over a week to arrive which is excellent for a made to measure item shipped from another country. It was well packaged and arrived safely.

Blind is nicely finished, very easy to assemble and fit.
Frame is sturdy and there are felt brushes in the guides which stop the blind rattling and flapping about in the wind. There is a damper on the roller mechanism which slows the retract speed and the way the blind latches closed is very simple and works well.

First day of use and already impressed - bedroom is NW facing and gets very hot in summer evening sun, usually at least 5C higher than outside air temperature with the window closed. With the blind down the room temp stayed as cool as the rest of the house. It was 24C outside today and the room stayed at 18C.

Overall very happy and I will be ordering a blind for another exposed window.
