My son callum was allocated Samaira as his support worker, she has been involved with Callum for some time now and found her extremely helpful and supportive of Callums needs, I too found her to be a great support to us all, very helpful to any needs we had when she was working with us, we will miss her greatly she has become very close to us and I am so grateful for everything she did for me and my family.

Staff have been really enthusiastic and accommodating and the events have start off really well.

Great opportunity for school preparation for my daughter

A transition period was organised in the primary school for my child starting in reception in this covid context. It is a brilliant initiative, and the staff are great.

What can I say i would love too keep Brogan forever she is fantastic. Brogan has done more for me than the police have done without Brogan we wouldn't have the services involved that needed to be. The one thing that needs to be addressed to the police from your side is stop using you as a threat they try & make out your social services well guess what you are better than them. Brogan has been very professional working along side the family she is a rock. You guys are amazing just so upsetting when it's time to say goodbye because you all make the children feel safe let them know whats normal i could write a book . I will forever in debt to your team you all need to be recognised as amazing given a pay rise. Love the Greene family. Xx

I am my son received excellent help. I would like to say huge thank you to Portia Masose. She was very professional, helpful and always try to help us. Some times, she used her own time for help us.

My family support worker was great. She really help us out

Family Support were very good at giving great advice to my son and myself. My son was able to open up to the Family Support worker and I have been able to see a different change in him. He is also able to understand more about online safety and why it is important. Also his different emotions that he goes through. Thank you for all the support.

We have contacted the team for sleep advise and support for my 21 month old baby, i was very surprise the team contacted and organized to meet them in the Fulham Baby Center in the short period of time. the advise and support we get from the team its very extremely helpful and see the effect that we applied what we have been advised and seems going into the right direction in the space of few days.

We cannot thank enough the team from opening the door with warm greeting by receptionist team and the team who involved for advising us Alana Practice Manager, Anna and Ann very much appreciated and grateful for on going support us.

Excellent service! We found it to be very helpful and supportive. All members of the team that we met were professional and respectful offering just the right level of Useful support without being intrusive.

In particular our allocated support worker, Gemma was truly brilliant. She was totally in tune with our family situation, compassionate and caring whilst still remaining professional. She effectively negotiated with and helped to rally support from a multi agency team of other professionals.

As a parent I found the service positive overall and would recommend it to other families considering it. As it is a voluntary service, I did Initially hesitatein taking up the support due to previous negative experiences with mandatory involvement from Social Services. In the end I can honesty say that this service felt very different and not at all threatening.

From my daughter’s perspective, it was a bit rocky initially as she starts to tremble at the mere thought of a Social Worker. Gemma was able to gain her trust and cooperation by intuitively allowing the relationship to progress at my daughter’s pace without pushing.

Now that things are somewhat better andcFsmiky a Support have closed our case, we are both sad to see Gemma go.

It was very timely intervention, my family was on the verge of very bad ending, but for the family support worker , whom i owe total respect and gratitude, she managed to get my son's trust and respect, and change in his attitude and behaviour was notable .I am forever grateful to Gemma for improving ourlife. My family was already known to Family Services. But even after all the hard work of myself while working with them, I still didn’t feel very heard in regards to my son and his needs which still haven’t been resolved.
Yes there have been some positives along the long journey it was.
