Admin fee is ridiculous given the interest rate on the loan agreement. This is the highest interest payday loan I’ve ever taken out, and it’s the only one with a £60 admin fee. Which is also non-refundable. Won’t be using again.

For a first loan, the administration fee is 6% of the loan amount, with a minimum fee of £30, as detailed in our FAQs [1].
Regarding the interest rate, we strive to offer competitive rates while operating as a social business dedicated to improving financial well-being. Our interest rates are set to cover our operational costs, and any profits are reinvested into the business to enhance our services. We encourage all our customers to review the full terms and conditions, including interest rates and fees, before committing to a loan agreement.
We value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our services. We regret that you will not be using our services again, but we hope this clarification provides a better understanding of our fee structure.
