I reached out to Fair Credit when I realized my credit had multiple collections filed against it. I was paired up with Stephanie who helped me understand what exactly was happened and what needed to happen to dispute the collections. She filed disputes on those collections, and since then my credit score has increased by nearly 50 points.

Dion was very customer friendly and professional. He followed up with me in a timely manner and was not pushy.

Well so far Mattew M. has been absolutely amazing! First he reached out to me genuine concern an interest in getting JUSTICE for me. There were two "DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS" that were greatly effecting my credit report and one of them had dropped my score down almost 100 points, thing is I paid it over a year ago, so of course I emailed them and attached the proof if payment I made, I paid it all of one and closed the account a long time ago, they kept sending me mail, emails AND blowing up my phone. I was so upset, but then Mattew called and changed everything;)!! I gave him my proof and I will finally be able to get a loan for my business and new credit cards! He's awesome. Very professional.

Dion was super helpful and attentive. He informed me of laws in place that I did not know about as well as. He immediately reached out after I submitted my request and got the ball rolling. I had an overall pleasant experience with this company.
