Jon dealt with our query in a friendly ,courtous efficient manner. Very polite too! And very knowledgeable too!

Jon was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions so that we could choose the right cruise for us. We paid the same price as if we had booked directly with TUI but this gave me the opportunity to gain more information from someone who had done the cruise themselves. Booking confirmation and tickets were provided promptly and any subsequent questions I had were also answered comprehensively and in a timely manner.

Jon listened to what we wanted, and came up with the perfect holiday !
Would recommend without hesitation !

Jon has been very proactive with us from the 1st point of contact up to booking. He always responds swiftly to any queries we have raised. His quotes are competitive.

Jon listened to everything that I wanted and found me a lovely 14 night cruise at a competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very prompt and efficient. Thank you Jon

Got in touch with Jon from seeing his name on Facebook. I am so pleased I did. Jon was very helpful, listened to what we needed for our cruise and with his knowledge we were able to bring together the cruise we were looking for. Everything was straightforward, explained to us and communication between us was spot on. I would not hesitate to contact Jon again for any other holidays now

Fantastic communication and options offered

Jon was very approachable and offered support and assistance without any pressure. We exchanged a number of emails and telephone calls and he also offered out of hours teams calls to include my husband. We were able to book our trip with ease and Jon found us the best deal possible honouring the price initially offered. He was able to discuss all the payment options available giving a clear indication of when payments would be due. His knowledge of the locations was excellent and he provided ideas on how we could enhance our trip and make it more comfortable by sharing knowledge of cabin solutions and avoiding the noisiest. I wouldn't hesitate to book another trip with Fairclough Travel.

Booked another Christmas market cruise, as a previous customer Jon knew exactly what we wanted. Spot on with everything.
My questions were answered and I was given solutions to getting to another market.

Great service and advice. Definitely recommend Fairclough Travel for all your holiday bookings.

Jon was very professional and listened to my needs whilst also being friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and promises were met in relation to the sending of quotes, confirmation and documentation which were sent to me quickly even though it was outside of office hours on a Friday night. I was very satisfied with the costs and advice I received.

The proof will be on the pudding 👍

Great communication and very knowledgeable, making a very easy process

Fantastic service received. No pressure to book. Found us a great deal on our recent trip to Mexico. My wife is very indecisive and John was super patient with her constant questions and mind changes. Will always now choose to chat with John to book our holidays. We have already booked an amazing priced holiday to tenerife for 2027. Takes all the hassle out of scouring holiday sites for best deals. Thanks John at Fairclough Travel

Once again 5⭐️ service from Jon
Nothing is too much trouble including his time to talk to you. And as someone who needs to talk through things is an absolute god send than just online
Always gives you the good and the bad and finds the best deal for you

We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
All on a weekend

Very nice gent Jon, gave me lots of information and listened to my comments. Gave me good advice. Will definitely use again. Jon was very efficient and answered all my questions.

After what was supposed to be just an enquiry into the differing prices of our next break an extremely helpful and insightful conversation with Jon turned into a booking with Fairclough Travel. Looking forward to booking future holidays with him
