Which is unlike others that promise so much and continually ask for the same information you’ve already provided…months ago! 😬 But then fail to update you regarding your claim.

Causing my elderly father huge distress…
Causing my elderly father huge distress by sending continuous emails. Did not call me back to resolve the issue when I informed them I am his power of attorney and he does not have the capacity and understanding to sign anything , had to call again 2 weeks later to again ask them to stop emailing my father so I can resolve the issue.
Really poor. Avoid.
