Outstanding service from Ben – highly recommend
Ben was exceptional from start to finish. Clear, honest, and straight to the point. No jargon, no pressure, just solid advice and a plan that actually stacked up.
He kept me informed at every stage, explained everything in plain English, and worked relentlessly to get the best possible outcome. Even when things got complex, Ben stayed calm, proactive, and completely on top of it.
What stood out most was that Ben genuinely cared about getting the right result, not just pushing a deal through. Professional, responsive, and bloody good at what he does.
If you want a mortgage broker who knows his stuff and goes to bat for you, Ben is your guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
