Great lead, very versatile.it’s good to see products specifically made for small dogs as these can be hard to find . Very fast dispatch & delivery. So please that I’ve ordered a second lead and coupler so that both my pups can be kitted out with these.

First rate experience all around as usual from EzDog.

I've purchased quite a few of their products over the years, and the most recent experience is no exception.

The items I wanted were in stock, and dispatched the same day, so cannot fault the speed of dispatch. They also arrived within the estimated delivery window.

The size charts are accurate, and should always be consulted when purchasing harnesses.

The quality and finish of the products is always high, and my dogs are always secure using these products when properly fitted.

Hardwearing, they stand up to the wear and tear from active dogs and wash in a machine well. Though I would recommend using a garment washing bag so buckles and straps do not get damaged, or cause damage during the process.

Very happy to recommend the products.

EzyDog should be mindful that the service provided by the retailers that they choose to sell their products through ultimately reflects on their own brand.

I visited Pets-At-Home, Saffron Walden, for the purpose of (amongst other reasons) requesting a replacement dog collar. The plastic clip on our “Super Strong EzyDog Double Up Collar” had cracked, thereby putting the safety and security of our dog at risk. I was most surprised to be told that, because I was unable to produce a receipt evidencing purchase (clearly sometime during the previous year given the age of the dog), the matter must be referred to the Pets At Home Customer Service Team… who could only be contacted by email! 🙄

Reluctantly, I went to the effort of contacting "Customer Services(?)", as directed... I didn't even receive an acknowledgement. I have subsequently purchased another collar (obviously not from the aforementioned company).

I realise that this chain store is most likely a significant revenue generator for EzyDog but it is certainly not doing anything to instil loyalty towards its products.

I now no-longer shop at P-A-H... just saying.

I had a problem with two leads I bought the coupler ones where the stitch came undone in the middle with the ring and I got hold of the customer service ppl and they sent me two new ones out so lovely of them to do that, thanks so much for helping me the person is called Lana 🙂

My ezydog lead broke and I contacted customer services all they were interested in was where it was purchased and order number. No apparent worry for my dogs safety and wellbeing at all, it could have ended up with a nasty accident.

Bought zero shock Leash and what a joke it is, total gimick sold to laypeople so they can exploit money out of us. The lead totally encouraged my dog to pull. Contacted Ezydog who felt it was the dog at fault not the lead.
Put dog back on normal lead and doesn't pull at all.
The tone of the response to my concerns was totally condescending. Please people do not bother.

Purchased 2 x Essential leads to go with 2 x double up collars. At first seems a decent product but after 6 months, one of the leads is starting to fray near the handle. Contacted Ezy Dog about this with pics of the fault as they have 12 months guarantee and, in their opinion, the lead has been chewed!!! So that's my problem and no response when I try to assure them the the lead hasn't been chewed as there are no signs of chewing, only fraying on the edges of the webbing!

We renew collars and leads every couple of years, won't be renewing with EzyDog products ever again!

We have 2 Newfoundland dogs and need a very substantial collar to match the weight and pulling power without hurting the dog. Over the years EzyDog checkmate collars have proved to be the best. On our last order we had a problem with dimensions both at Amazon and EzyDog and received a thinner version of the XL than we had previously used. I contacted EzyDog about the sizing and they explained that the broader size was no longer being produced but as they had some residual stock they would exchange my thinner versions for the broad ones at no extra cost. Customer Services excelled in offering and completing the exchange successfully and expeditiously. We much appreciated the willingness to resolve our particular problem and to communicate online very quickly. We have EzyDog harnesses as well and we are always confident that the walking Kit is properly secure and robust to enable us control 2 very lively 75kg dogs who as all Newfi owners will agree sometimes have a mind of their own. Thank you again EzyDog.

We got in year 2020 one Zero shock dog lead lite version. Amazing. Still looks great. Very light. We can wash it very happy. So happy that when our friends went away in 2021 and we look after their frenchie and Frug (pug /frenchie), we ordered them as the doggies are pulling on walks. What a difference these leads are and again such a great quality. Good for us and doggies. Also great to teach them not to pull. Great colours and these are great for very strong dogs... EZYdog Service was v good. We ordered Thursday eve, got it on Saturday delivered and that in COVID days.

This make was recommended to us so we purchased 2 Neo classic collars and 2 vario 4 way leads. The original collars just fitted so we returned them and the new ones arrived within days. The quality of these products are excellent and the leads are such a good design....going from holding the dog really close to being able to have him on a long lead within seconds. Wish I’d bought make sooner.

Fabulous products - the harnesses last for years with every day use. The Quick Fit harness is a particular favourite as it just pops over the dog's head and does up with one clip.
This order was delivered less than 24 hours after I placed it - amazing customer service.

We use the ezydog harness’ for our pug. They are easy to put on, are comfortable and love the colour choices! Sometimes he pulls on the lead but he has never escaped from the harness and is comfortable for him !
We also have the ezydog life jacket which has helped him gain confidence in the water!

Received today the collar I ordered less than 24 hours ago. I ordered this as a replica of the one my dog was wearing when he came to us 4 years ago. It has lasted all this time & would probably have lasted even longer but the “ check” part was sticking.
I’ve never known a dog collar last so long- with constant use- & would highly recommend the brand, Brilliant service- thank you.

Our X2 buoyancy aid was tested the day it arrived and kept our retriever level in the water where previously his rear end had been sinking.

I’ve edited my review as having initially left a negative review outlining the issues I’d had with my order I was contacted really quickly by Angela at EzyDog to resolve it and I’m happy with how things have turned out.

All things considered I’d use the shop again as I like their products, shipping was quick and communication (when I was speaking or emailing directly) was quick and helpful too!

This is the 4th EzyDog collar & lead I have purchased, not because they don’t last, quite the opposite, I just love the different colours! They are hard wearing and great value for money. My large lab can pull at times (especially if he sees a pavement snack!) and I feel 100% confident that the collar will not break.

Literally the best harness ever. Minimum of x2 30mins walk, every day... stubborn lead pulling 32kg chow chow at the helm....

Only just replaced now for the first time in 9 years as neck part starting to fray. Wouldn’t have bothered if he didn’t put all his weight behind him refusing to come out of the park. I hope my baby out lasts this harness. Exceptional quality in this day and age!!!

These lights are amazingly robust as well as literally brilliant. I lost one last October from the dog's collar. Yesterday, ie, a whole winter later I found it again under a field gate in mud on whilst on one of our regular walks. And it still works without even having to change the battery!
We have them on the dogs' collars, our rucsac and our winter jackets. Can't be faulted for robustness, durability and visibility -literally brilliant.
