Keith saved the experience.
Initially it was pretty cumbersome with remote verification calls, but onsite staff - Keith, took over to clarify. Keith was also direct and honest which alleviated the initial discomfort and annoyance with the demands.
Appreciate the assistance and patience rendered. Look for Keith with assurance!
