Best purchase I've ever made, I suffer with chronic back pain and since i purchased this mattress ive never slept so good.

We recently purchased this mattress, and it's exactly as advertised—truly exceptional! It offers great support, is breathable, thick, and incredibly comfy. The delivery was impressive as well - the mattress arrived rolled in a tube inside a box with wheels on the bottom, making it easy for a single person to move.

We had a small hiccup with the delivery, but Ren from customer support resolved it immediately. After reaching out, we received the mattress the very next day. I'm extremely satisfied with both the product and the phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended!

Ordering was straightforward, communication and delivery service spot on and, most importantly, we are very happy with our new eze mattress.

Hybrid max mattress - had it for one month now and it is very comfortable. Very happy with the product and the speed of the delivery.
It is a heavy mattress so rotating may not be easy but I just rotate which end I'm sleeping on instead.

We thought the eze mattress was a good purchase at the price offered. We have used it for a couple of weeks and found it very comfortable. Feel refreshed after a night of 💤
The delivery driver loved the box with wheels.

When deciding on a bed in past times, it always came down to lying on beds in shops and trying to imagine their comfort in sleep conditions. This time, we consulted Which? (we subscribe) and chose a Best Buy from their tested list which fell within our budget. Which? warned that no return under distance selling regulations would be possible, unless the mattress was in its original box, that no "Try for a while"deal was available, but still awarded it Best Buy and its specs & test scores matched our needs.
It all worked out very well. The box as delivered was battered, but its contents were very well packaged and protected. The expanding process was marred only by the pathetic included box-cutter breaking within seconds of addressing the outer binding polythene. Careful use of a Swiss Army knife sorted that. We waited 72 hours for full expansion and have now had a fortnight of brilliantly comfortable sleep. We both can have restless nights, but the mattress is so stable that we don't disturb each other. Our old, very expensive mattress had a firm edge and the EZE is not so different, despite having no steel bands round its edge (can't roll a steel braced edge...)
We are confident that comfort will continue.
We are moving house and will be buying at least one more bed. An EZE decision.

The bed is very comfortable. It is soft but also firm. The only concern is that it makes the bed very high off the floor.
It is very well-made. The company was very helpful regarding the delivery.

So glad we went for the Eze hybrid mattress - absolutely game changing. Don’t write many reviews but as someone who is a bad sleeper, this mattress has changed my life.

Easy to choose, order and pay for. Communication was wonderful and a firm I can honestly recommend. Now to the mattress…..Gorgeous, well made, very, very comfortable. Wheels on the box, a very clever idea.
Not a complaint but just be prepared for the weight, very heavy and although correctly specified 35cm, It’s very thick and took me my surprise, very Princess and the pea!! Best thing, apart from lying on the bed, is the unwrapping of a vacuum sealed mattress, like a dinghy. Only downside, box was battered and the handle was broken…..too weak for the weight, needs a redesign

The mattress was delivered to an upstairs bedroom by two polite and helpful couriers. The mattress is as good as is claimed in its publicity materials.There was a choice of the firmness of the mattress and we chose one that we thought would suit us ……and it did. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this product.

We ordered the Eze Hybrid Max double mattress, based on a Which review.
Ordering was simple, delivery was fine, although the delivery driver commented on how heavy it was. I really wish we'd chosen the 'upstairs delivery' option. Despite the box having little wheels we did find it very difficult to get upstairs. The plastic handle on the top ripped off the cardboard after literally just a couple of stairs. Although I consider us both reasonably strong, we had to enlist the help of a family member. Hence only rating it 4-star.
On the positive side, the mattress seems great so far, very comfortable, seems to be helping with some previous back pain in the mornings. Long may it continue.
