Ex Why Zed Print Anmeldelser

The customer service and care taken for the printing is absolutely well pleasing!

Was struggling for ages to find a printer for what we needed and so glad I managed to discover these. Unbelievably helpful and easy from start to finish.

Mike was extremely attentive and helpful. I had a million questions and the ExWhyZed team answered each one with care. I would 100% use the ExWhyZed team again. I'm so happy with my photo books.

I could not recommend Ex Why Zed more!

Both Mike and Harriet were very friendly and responded to my emails very fast and helped answer any questions that I had.

My first batch was damaged and they quickly helped to sort out the issue and replaced my damaged items.

Delivery was really fast and I had my notebooks within a week of ordering them!

I will definitely order again

I cannot fault Mike and the team at Ex Why Zed - they have been absolutely brilliant 2 years in a row (despite us having lots of questions), and the final product has been fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

Informative, responsive, friendly... everything you could want from a business you are putting your trust in. Delivery time was swift and the final product was beautiful. From start to finish, ExWhyZed have been terrific so here's a big thank you from the creators of the Luci Dream Series!

Fantastic company that ships swiftly to Ireland, excellent user guides and advice with really quick response time. Nice job everyone!

My Ex Why Zed experience was fantastic the company helped me though the whole of my project. Nothing was to much trouble, I had my book resized from its original format, and each type of finished project I asked about was sent with a full quote straight away.
Without Ex Why Zed my project would have remained on my computer and not become the finished book it is now.

Mike almost always was on the end of the telephone and good-naturedly received and dealt with all my queries and troubles, so I felt able to ring and know I would be met with a friendly, patient response.
The books, "The Hole in the Tree", and "The Night of the Great Wind" have an excellent good-quality "feel" to them, so I felt proud to be able to put them on show, and they were sent to me very promptly, very well packaged. The best plus for me was the quality of the colour reproduction - all the subtleties of water colour painting came out perfectly. Exwhyzed have now produced two lovely books for me and I will certainly use them again.

I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I have been in the quality of the book you have just produced for us. I am really delighted with the end product and know that the villagers will be too! Thanks to you and your team for the professional way in which we have related to each other.

Great service! Couldn't be happier, I always get my children's books printed with these guys.

I can not recommend Exwhyzed enough.
After nearly 3 years of writing and illustrating my own children’s book I was looking for somebody who could take on my project and deliver the end result I had dreamt of. ExwhyZed exceeded all my expectations. I was personally recommended them and from the moment I made initial contact their customer service was faultless. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and excellent communication.

Their online YouTube tutorials were fantastic and they were at the end of a call or email if I ever needed help.

The quality of the book they delivered is stunning! I haven’t even started selling them yet and everyone that has first seen a copy comments on how beautiful it is. From advice choosing the right paper type, to talking through finishes, I have ended up with a children’s picture book that looks (and feels) amazing. I can’t thank them enough, and would recommend them to anybody - from a novice starter to an established designer. They are just wonderful.

If I ever write another book I will 100% be choosing them to print it for me.

This was the first time I’d had a book printed and ExWhyZed were a pleasure to deal with. Their tutorials helped greatly and questions answered promptly. However, it’s the final product that they need to be judged by and with that in mind I’ll happily send them my next project as I was over the moon with how my first foray into self publishing books was produced by ExWhyZed. Thanks guys.

Real top quality prints! Very friendly printers, professional and straightforwards.

Really impressed with the outcome. Thoroughly recommend!

Thanks again!

I haven't actually received my prints yet, but a 5 star review is owed based purely on how great the customer service has been in the initial stages. I already know the print quality will be great!

I have never printed anything of this nature in my life and was totally new to it. They were very patient and helped me select the most appropriate paper weights, finishes and so on. They even advised on things not to select as they would add on extra cost with minimal benefit!

They have absolutely brilliant guides on their website on how to prepare your artwork for print. Again if like me you've never done this they will assist you in a professional and helpful manner. If you simply can't get your head around it they also offer a preparation service at an additional cost. However they were supportive of me to prepare my artwork myself instead of trying to push for then extra money, which is just brilliant in my opinion.

If you're looking for some print work done, I highly recommend exwhyzed.

I published my first color photo book with ExWhyZed and I am very impressed with the quality of the print, and customer service provided throughout my project. All my email were answered promptly and efficiently.
Working with them was also an opportunity to learn some technical aspects about book design, and I found the various tutorial very useful and easy to understand.

I have found the print quality excellent, considering I have taken some photos in challenging situations.

I would use the company again in the future.

Very impressed with the quality of the print and speed of delivery. Earlier on in the process, I asked various (novice) questions about layout etc and always received prompt, informative replies. I cannot think of a negative 'thing' to mention. They also have extensive guides and information on their site.

Such a friendly and efficient service/experience. My first time working with them and they offered a steady hand throughout the process along with a personal touch that made it feel like they were in tune with our project. All smooth, no hitches, thanks so much!

I rate this company very highly. Their communication and support throughout my project with them was great. Really helpful. They were very quick to respond to any queries and willing to share their knowledge. The finished product was excellent quality. They are able to provide a very fast print turnaround time. It was fun working with them, I can't think of any weaknesses!

Great communication from start to finish. Quick and secure delivery. Clear steps to follow to make the zine. Outstanding service.
