You would be very surprised at how many customers complain regarding not being kept up to speed regarding where there order is, when will it be delivered and where's my email etc. We get dozens of such calls into the office every day asking "where's my order" hence thats why we are a little pedantic regarding this matter and how we go out of our way to keep customers informed. However Yes we do get your point here and it has been passed onto Management.
