Hi Martin, first off all let us apologise for this, we've had a breakdown in communication on this occasion and we're sorry it's negatively affected you and your order. I understand these straps will be with you tomorrow, we'll make sure to include some extras for you. Once again, apologies from the Exporta team.

Great Customer Experience....
We approach Exporta with a very specific requirement. All along the course of the project they were very supportive. They worked with us on understanding our requirements and then provided us with various prototypes before we got the final solution.
I will highly recommend Exporta to anyone who is in the market for plastic storage solutions.
Special shout out to Damian @ Exporta for his support through the course of this project..

Hi Joan, thanks for the kind review. We're delighted you're happy with the service and the product.
Incredible Customer Service!
You only truly find out how good a company when you have a problem. Half of the plastic crates I ordered from Exporta were damaged in transit. These were replaced the next day by Neil Smith from customer services together with a Nestle Kit Kat. One of the replacement crates was also damaged in transit and I contacted Exporta merely to inform them. I was not expecting another replacement but one duly arrived the next day together with another Kit Kat. The Customer Service provided by this company is easily the best I have witnessed in over 40 years of business! I would not hesitate in recommending Exporta!

Hi Maxine
We're very sorry our delivery process fell short of your expectation on this occasion. Due to a stock issue we advised that delivery would be delayed in order to get the correct goods for you. This was followed by a delay from our external couriers. I understand we have refunded your delivery charge and I am very sorry for the problems you encountered on this occasion.
We hope the Euro Containers themselves meet your needs.
