I made an order on the 22/07/2025 and i still dont have the order Great service.I contacted support i was told three times it will arrive by the end of the week, and i just asked for a refund but the krder is still in dhl maybe it will arrive one day.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with your order. Unfortunately, your package was lost by the courier, which was outside of our control. As soon as you first reached out, we replied to your email within an hour to let you know we were investigating, and the next day we followed up to confirm there was a delay.
To make things right, we issued you a full refund right away, and also let you know that if the package does eventually arrive, you’re welcome to keep it free of charge because of the inconvenience caused.

Products deliver what they promise to do. I am very satisfied even with the detailer for the interior. Had different products before and this one is by far the best. The Glow Up is the one that surprised me the most. After the application the dirt seems to skid off my car as water does. Can definitely recommend the brand and will stock up and try other products in the future.

I was very sceptical about the ads but...
I was very sceptical about the ads I saw on my feed, but I was looking for a good working drying towel. After some research and reading some reviews I took the leap and ordered the bundle where the glowup was in. Delivery was quick and after first use I can only say, they deliver what they are saying. The towel is easy in use and you can dry your whole car without leaving stripes or spots. A quick wash and letting it dry in the sun and the towel is back ready for the next car.

J'ai testé le Kit Glowup & Pulloff et je suis impressionné par les résultats. La serviette sèche et absorbe comme par magie. Quand au spray, il a ravivé la couleur de la voiture !

I really like how expect car care makes great products
I really like how expect car care website looks. Its easy to find products, see peoples reviews(not sure if i seen a bad review. Evereyone loves those product and so do I.) Pulloff towel works great. This weekend i cleaned both our cars at the house and after first one towel was wet and i thought it will work bad for the second car but it dried it as good as it was dry.

Unbelievable results
I was planning on ordering something from Expect Car Care for a few months and have been following them for quite a while. A month ago I decided ti buy the Glow Up kit which consisted of the pull off drying towel and the glow up ceramic spray coating. A bit of time later I recieved my order and the team constantly kept me updated and replied fast to all my messages. I got to use the products today and I am beyond impressed, especially with the pull off drying towel. Highly recommended and planning on ordering the ultimate kit next week.
