I like the simplicity of the products
I like the simplicity of the products, only 8 bottles for washing the whole car, and it isn’t so many products for different areas of the car. That keeps it very simple. It is very easy to use as well, you just follow the instructions or watch the videos on social media. The results are also stunning.

Got the towel and the ceramic spray coating
I would say that the ceramic spray is one of the best in the market!
I have tryed a lot of different spray coatings but this one just hit different, and stays on longer.
The towel is amazing. Dryes the hole car, leaves no water behind.
Recommend to everyone!

Order didnt arrive and no refund or replacement
Me and my friends ordered the ultimate kit through my friends account and were deeply disappointed when we heard that the package was damaged and is being sent back to the seller.
we ordered it on November 11th and still have yet to receive a replacement or a refund...
Package has supposedly arrived in their facility on November 17th...
make of that what you will.

Amazing store! Great products & lightning fast delivery
Products are amazing. I currently have the pull off drying towel and is hands down the best purchase I have ever made, no need to wring out the water when drying my car. Purpall interior cleaner is phenomenal, makes the inside of my car look brand new. Recently just purchased the Glowup ceramic spray and it's a night and day difference, before the water would sit on the panel and after the water just beads off.
Customer service is great, delivery is great and I receive my products in a short time despite being in another country

Friendly support team
I had a few issues with my orders at first – one of the parcels was damaged during shipping, and another one got lost. On top of that, I even had a card limit problem, so it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing at the beginning.
But honestly, the way the team handled everything absolutely amazed me. They were extremely understanding, refunded the extra money, and even offered to resend the missing products without any hesitation. Communication was fast, friendly, and super professional.
It’s rare these days to see a company that truly cares about its customers like that. Massive respect to the team for being so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. If more brands were like them the world would be a better place.

I love the pre washing snow foam and…
I love the pre washing snow foam and how easy it is to safely contact wash afterwards. Personally I used a whole bottle of ceramic spray coating in one use and it didn’t have the results that I expected. However the pull off drying towel is phenomenal! All around very satisfied aside from the spray coating.

As soon as you first reached out, we replied to your email within an hour to let you know we were investigating, and the next day we followed up to confirm there was a delay.
To make things right, we issued you a full refund right away, and also let you know that if the package does eventually arrive, you’re welcome to keep it free of charge because of the inconvenience caused.
