Exotic Number Plates Limited Anmeldelser

Do not buy from here! Ordered plates paid for quick delivery nearly 2 week later and still never arrived sent emails to which they replied they would refund the delivery fee and send plates out straight away I got neither of them. Finally asked for a refund which I got within a few days, obviously the plates were never made and they had no intention of making them, absolutely awful company!

Rubbish company rubbish quality and way to expensive avoid like the plague!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have ordered from this company and have payed for 130£ plus 24HRS delivery charge!! after two days getting touch with them to ask where is my plate numbers they responded so quickly and asked me for proof for license that belongs to me.

After that I sent them everything and no more response from them!!!

Been 3 weeks still waiting!!!

Useless company stay away from them…

Great service, came as described and look excellent on the car.

The design was good but very expensive.
I paid for express 2 days delivery i did not get the plates until almost 3 weeks after the order was placed.

I sent emails but no response. When someone responded he advised the plate has been posted and i should get it next day, that did not happen.

I paid for security screws nothing was delivered. I also paid for premium plastic but what was used was not premium at all. I wont be ordering from them again

Excellent products delivered swiftly. Only negative thing I can say is any emails sent to me ended up in spam folder.

I have sent 2 emails and called however, I never received a response. Disappointed in the customer service so I won't be placing an order!

Do not use! At first I paid for express shipping for delivery within 2 working days but turned up over a week later after contacting them multiple times.
They arrived wrong and with the letters lobed sided. But took 2 weeks to arrive. Then arrived the 2nd time and again 10 days letter, were wrong again by having mixed style of letters with some flat and matted and some bubbled and glossed.

Received my number plates yesterday, super happy with it made a tiktok of it and included the website, I just hope a deer doesn't destroy this one and my car again, came super quick despite of the king's coranation

I called the company as I was not clear on the size. I was recommended the size and placed my order. The order came in time, but it was small. I called to address the issue and was asked to take pictures and send them. I then experience what other users have experienced.

I gave up after many calls and emails and had to buy new plates from another company, and the experience was day and night. My advice is to avoid exotic number plates

This was an easy fix, but that is not their interest; their interest is to line their pockets without providing the service.

Looked nice but when you looked at it closely the numbers/letters weren’t straight and slightly wonky.

I purchased my number plate on the 10th november. And had it delivered just now on the 12th. I told the guy that I needed it asap for a birthday present and he did not let me down. Very pleased with customer service I’ve received and very happy. Can’t wait to give it today as a present there going to love it. Will defo recommend using this company. 10/10. Mrs is going to love her new plate and it’s a beautiful 4D design as well!!

Don’t get me wrong, the number plates are gorgeous and so well made however this great product is tainted by the lack of customer service skills and attitude of the workers (before I start BEWARE they own 2 companies - Exotic and Easy Number Plates)
Ordered some number plates on the 26th, for special delivery on the 28th. Get to the 28th, nothing arrives I ask for an update directly from the dealer I’m told there’s and issue with parcel force sorry you will get them on the 31st - this is after being ignored for 4 hours by them on Instagram message. I request a refund for postage and tracking information immediately…I was left 3 days with no tracking no refund notification after I was told no worries - this will be sent.

Get to the 31st, still no tracking, no sign of
Plates. I ring, and I’m met with ‘they’re just being made and being sent today’ - so you mean to tell me someone’s lied to me on the 28th; telling me they’ve been made and I should of had them today? Ridiculous customer service skills and I’m sure if I hadn’t of chased them I would never of got my product.
Wouldn’t recommend at all! BEWARE they also own Easy Number Plates.

Plates are great, shame it took nearly 2 months to get them. My order said to include a tracking number, which was not given to me upon completion of my order. Tried calling multiple times, the phone just rings, it's like they are just looking at it and not picking it up. Sent multiple emails, again, at least a month before these were even acknowledged. Would not recommend

Such a great person to deal with. So helpful and highly recommend.

I ordered 8th April, made a change to the order (lettering type) 10th April - missed the required docs submission but submitted the required docs on 16th April and to date all you have managed to do is take my money , not responded to my various forms of communication and my order has not been ‘same day dispatched’ with a ‘3 to 5 day’ delivery because I haven't received them !

The work was great but I had a nightmare with the delivery.

Waited over a month, got money back. Recommended to us, disappointing!!!!
