Exotic Number Plates Limited Anmeldelser

If there was an option for half a star, I most likely would offer lower. I placed an order which was suppose to be ‘48 hour tracked’, of course 72 hours had passed and no sign of my parcel. No contact from the company with any updates eg. Any delays etc. I phoned and spoke to Amir, who supposedly and coincidentally was getting the parts for my plate that afternoon. Then mentioned it’s the weekend and it won’t reach me until until Monday/Tuesday which I understood clearly. Monday comes, I checked in by phoning as I still haven’t had tracking details, to then be told it’ll be out with the courier that same evening (I gave an hour window before I asked for a refund) and he’ll send me an email with confirmation and tracking in an hour. With no surprise I received a email later that evening from Andy stating my order can not be processed and I have been refunded. So basically I don’t believe they even offer any plates, waste of my time. Wouldn’t even bother, unprofessional and poor communication. Basically a scam, I don’t see a product it’s a scam clearly.

10/10 from me and my daughter who I placed an order for. Same day, speedy delivery, first class quality. Thank you Andy. I will be purchasing again!

Amazing plates!!! Amazing service, you guys are honestly second to none. Safe to say my Girlfriend loved the plates. Left the gift shopping till last minute as per, and was ready to admit defeat. Was recommended Exotic Plates by a friend. Placed my order online yesterday, and rang up to confirm everything had gone through. Spoke to a lovely chap called Andy, whose service was great. I have to be honest I did not believe him when he told me he would have my plates with me for today. But I have to say THANK YOU EXOTIC PLATES, you are honestly second to none. TOP service from start to finish. Will defo be ordering again.

Never any communication and never received my order

I have emailed and phoned this company numerous times to try and get information on the delivery as its been over 7 days from purchase date 10/11/2021. As it states on the receipt it should be delivered within 3-5 days recorded delivery. Also at the top of their website it states "fast UK delivery, same day dispatch".

I've still not heard anything from this company via email. They seem to not answer the phone either when called through out the day. Communication with a customer should be a key skill within a company.

I have ordered the product 14days before a birthday, that is on the 24/11/2021 that should be more than enough time to arrive if it's same day dispatch.

To that end, I have gave a 1 star review as unfortunately now I expect poor quality in the product as I've received no customer service nor communication that has made me not doubt the capability of this company.

They full of crap keep promising take money of u and never give u goods

Didn’t realise these are the same people as easy number plates , again no plates delivered had to get a refund from card company
WHY ??

1 star is too much to give this company. Can you please create a 0 star choice to pick from, please and thanks. By far the worst customer service I have ever come across. No one answer the phone and they don't reply to your email. If I had lived in a 50 mile radius of their location I would be telling them to their face. Quick to take my money but the delivery time was 3-5 days and it's now doubled that time and no delivery of the plates I purchased.

AVOID - Ordered a month ago, zero communication & their phone just rings out!!

Ordered last Wednesday still nothing, emailed no response, phoned no answer

Great plates bit of mis understanding in ordering but once emailed solved quickly

Easy to order, very pleased with the product and the service

Ordered my number plate week ago paid 24hour service sent all documents that was needed £96 for plates and delivery still not received rang twice no answer emailed no response.

Great gel plates and quality, many thanks guys 😁

Awesome look amazing

Ordered on the 11th and still not received by 20th. I e mailed for an update on 16th and got told they would be delivered that day by ‘Andy’ and then received an e mail on 18th saying my order had just been processed so there was no way I would have received them on the 16th. I did e mail asking for company and tracker details for delivery and got no response.
I cannot comment on the quality as I haven’t received them after 9 days.

I just think company should have been honest about delivery times and not fobbed me off with an e mail telling me they will be delivered that day when clearly the order had not even been processed.

Order process was straight forward albeit would be nice to see a preview of what they might look like.

Minor miscommunication but it was handled perfectly.
Number plates received as expected in great quality and condition.

My son was delighted with these 4D plates.
Great quality and great price
