A lady named Carmen took over our case when a previous person left the company, and from the outset she was friendly and efficient, and had the situation sorted out with very little time and no fuss. Through absolutely no fault of Exchange4free, this whole experience, for me, was atrocious - caused partly due to my inexperience at on-line banking and a great deal due to problems online with the bank of origin.
