Does not pay out, be careful
I have had a very bad experience with them thus far. They do not want to release my money and pay it out. They keep on sending me e-mails to complete a form which I did, now they say the information does not reflect on their system. I have tried numerous time to contact them via e-mail to speak with a supervisor or manager to try and resolve the issue. My requests gets ignored and now they are asking me to verify my account as the account does not exist. I have been using this account for years... I am wondering what excuse they will use next not to pay out the money...I would be very weary of using this service to transfer to South Africa.

It took 4 days and 24 emails from my first approaching E4F to the time the money was in my bank account, although everybody was professional and courteous.
I've done on-line transfers, with another bank, and it took 24hours to complete!
Please consider this option.
