Watch out for these guys on eBay. It's a scam. They won't send the item, then will keep asking you to wait. But that's just a ploy to get you outside eBay return policy.

The product worked as described. It took a couple of attempts to apply the bezel tape, but eventually I was able to put it in place. Very fast delivery.

It was very easy to find parts on their website and they had really good diagrams and descriptions of what the part was for. I ordered a springbar for the clasp of a Rolex Submariner and it came promptly and was of very high quality!

Terrible service! Looking to purchase some spares, and asked for some photos of the item I was trying to purchase as their website does not display a proper image for the item in question! Asked the support but its just a stock reply saying they only have web images (when they clearly do not) This is a front company as it would appear the messages are dealt with most likely from a customer service agent from China as the stock responses and lack of understanding and customer service of what is being asked is not that which could be expected of the USA.
The items are not the cheapest parts hence wanting to know and see an actual image of the item before purchase which is not unreasonable prior to international shipping from the USA, and if its not right or not the advertised quality then trying to return and refund!
Email exchange over several days is just met with the same bad response "We only have the listing photos, which show exactly what you’ll receive" When they do not some parts do have images but the ones ive asked about do not and they are making every effort they can to avoid looking at getting some pictures, when all they needed to do was get some images from their stores (probably just a lock up somewhere where its drop shipped, which will explain why they wont get more pictures)

All in I wouldn't trust this company at all for anything over $30 as the chances of it either not being what you ordered or being of questionable quality and then if you need any customer service you will have as much chance as buying a unicorn!

This is most likely just a USA based drop shipping business selling cheap Ali express watch parts just with worse customer service!

I'm sure there will be some stock reply to this if they even care but had they just answered my question through email there would have been no need to post this. Which is just to warn other people of the trouble when asked a simple question!

This is not unethical in the slightest! I asked a simple question for an image of the product possibly being order as the website has not image for the product I am after, which was explained from the first enquiry and the whole reason for asking! IF you cared to look and read the emails I sent Which I am more than happy to put copy in this review you would see how unreasonable you have been! I was not after a picture of the product you were shipping specifically for me! Merely a picture of the acutal product itself to verify it is the correct one before order as the website itself DOES NOT have an image for several fo the product I was looking to purchase (many others do I agree) but the one item I was after does not! So I asked for an image to confirm, and you have spent more time arguing the point "you only have stock images" rather than just looking at the items on you site to see that the item in question does not have the image! It really pretty simple customer service and you have chosen to do everything else but provide the stock image of the item I was after!

ALL USE THE SAME IMAGE so you are misleading anyone viewing them as the image does not portray the items listed as the product!

Are you serioulst saying that all for item are the identical image and if they are then why do you need 4 different pages when one item would cover mulitple models!

I think you need to reviews your website then and spend more time listening to a simple request? Im sure you might be correct had I asked for another item that does have an actual image of the product being ordered but that wasn't what I was asking!

Had you of been able to read my request in the first place and then actually look at it rather than just default the same answer to every reply you would see that there is not the correct image displayed and maybe updated the site accordingly! You chose the latter which is why this review exists!

The company may be registered and warehouses in the USA but that does not mean you are not just drop shipping!
Had you helped this would not be here and serve as a genuine experience for other customer to make their own mind up!

I bought a link for my watch and it came packaged good, however even though the listing matched with my band size it did not end up fitting the return process was quick and easy. 5/5 experience.

They make claims that they sell watch bracelets for certain original watches but after showing them photos of unfitting watch bands which they sent me,well their tolerances do not match with original OEM watches. So they do not fit. Do not trust them as they say they've made and sold many bracelets. They clearly do not. I would not trust them.
