What can I say about Evry. The absolute worst of the worst. What was the point of changing their name from Hermes. My delivery was due on the 3rd July from Debenhams. Now it saying your parcel has been delayed we’re working on it to get on it’s way next working day. It’s 7th today 20:30. I hate you Evry and every time I see a company I order with using your service my heart sinks.
Evri driver finally arrived with my golf ball
Once again Evri have maintained there tradition of keeping my parcels, I made two separate purchases using PayPal of a single pink golf ball and a single blue golf ball so amusingly the driver who clearly has my parcel still will be very disappointed because a blue golf ball will mean nothing to him.
Unfortunately, is a gift for somebody else which would mean a lot more to them than it would anybody not delivering my parcel which is good because they have not delivered my parcel. I received the pink one which was all ordered on the same time at the same day as the blue one and the pink ones surprisingly turned up with a very polite and well spoken Driver the blue one however has not. I leave the details below apparently it is still in transit but that is very unlikely. Congratulations I'm now £4:68
out of pocket have to work out how the hell to get my money back through PayPal and I have to find another golf ball from somewhere else which is not easiest you would think to find in the first place. 
if you get bored this is a tracking number which should have no help whatsoever to me because a app does not recognise it when I go to PayPal and be the Evri everyone suggested still in transit so no one's making any sense whatsoever. I'm trying to pretend to be surprised here. 
As an update the golf ball has finally arrived !!

Not sure where to start
Not sure where to start. My item worth over £500 got delivered by Evry damaged.
I hard to refund the buyer and have been trying to get it collected from the buyer with Evry since then. 2x failed attempts and the 3rd one just got cancelled for some reason, and no notification, or explanation to why and by who. I have tried to complain, but no response back from anyone. This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever come across and I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business.

Waited weeks for a parcel
Waited weeks for a parcel. Evry wasn't my choice, it never is because EVRY is useless every time. They finally decide to deliver it while I was away, so I asked for it to be redirected at a parcel stop. This wasn't an issue on the app and they agreed to it. Yet when it came time to deliver they sent to back to sender instead without notifying me of any issues.

The WORST ever DELIVERY company in the UK.
Totally unprofessional & providing a bad service.
They always late for a promised delivery day.
And sometimes they don’t even deliver at all.
Had a parcel from Temu to be delivered through Evry ,
Firstly it was late for delivery for some 3-4 days,
& then it was delivered to a wrong address allegedly.
Even Amazon & Temu are stopping to use Evri & switching to the Royal Mail for deliveries instead.
Delivery Issues with Evry
I've had quite a few hiccups with Evry in the Kettering area. Colin, the usual driver, seems to have trouble finding my address, and nothing seems to have been done about it. Many of my orders end up being sent back. Given these repeated issues, I really can’t recommend this company.
If you get a good guy
Ever since I got Steven on the Evry deliver round it's been awesome. He knows where my house is.
Reading the other feedback it seems it all depends how good your driver is.
Lost parcel
Unfortunately I didn't have many choices when ordering my parcel delivery. Hence, had to work with these incompetent people. They lost my package, didn't even update me on that. It's impossible to get to talk to an actual human. Absolutely don't recommend. Couriers just loose parcel and won't even make an effort into trying and looking for it.

We are open every Saturday from 09.00 till 17.00.
At 13.41 receiving notification that they were unable to deliver...Awful. Most of the time when the driver don't want to show up we receive this notifications

Lately the service has become disgusting, the drivers are incompetent, they constantly delay parcels! Today they couldn't deliver the parcel for the whole day and they still haven't delivered it, although they had it for two days! There was a gift for a child and he waited for this parcel all day!!! Very upset! Is there even one normal parcel delivery company or are they all like this now?!👿👿👿

Parcel dumped in the porch of a post office, by an extremely lazy delivery man. Consequently the parcel was stolen.
Customer service is totally useless. After you put a complaint in they continually tell you they will get back to you. They do not answer at all, however many times you get on the chat line
Will not use them again and would advise other people to think twice before sending a parcel with them.

Parcel was meant to be delivered today, status was out for delivery. Now it says that they were unable to deliver today. Never again I will buy anything if delivery will be with evri.

I wish I'd have looked at trust reviews before I got robbed. 24hour delivery. Eight days later they came back to tell me to claim on insurance that will pay less than 10% of the value. I wonder if they will they also have the cheek to not refund me the "delivery" charge.
Item was the size of an arm chair. 14kg only but huge. They "lost" it. Never Evry Again.
Was it TrustPilot? They now messaged me to say they have found my package and need to double the delivery fee I have already paid as the parcel is either overweight or size. I check both before I sent it. I paid the extraneous fee. I'll change my rating if the 24 hour delivery now holds true - just 14 days later...
OMG - they delivered back to me - all of 200metres away from the parcel shop I sent it from and for twice the originally expected payment. ARGH!!!
