They show total disrespect for their clients and the recipients! Do not bother contacting Customer Service as they do not have one, and should someone eventually respond, their apologies are automated and not followed by any action.

I want to file a complaint about your service.
First, you send me an email saying my parcel will be delivered between 13:00 and 15:00. Then you mark the delivery as “attempted” 45 minutes earlier. I was at home the entire time, and no one knocked on my door.
On top of that, there was no calling card or any confirmation left to indicate that a courier was here. When I check the tracking, there is no photo or any proof that the courier actually attempted delivery.
So either the courier didn’t even bother to knock and falsely marked it as an attempted delivery, or the parcel was never out for delivery in the first place.
What makes this even worse is that this was an Amazon order. I specifically chose next-day delivery and expected Amazon to handle it properly. I don’t understand why Amazon is using your company to deliver parcels, because based on my experience, this is one of the worst delivery services I’ve dealt with.
This is completely unacceptable. I have never received a parcel from your company on time, and every incorrectly handled delivery will result in a negative review from me.

I had a very poor experience with Evri's delivery service. The parcel was not delivered on the promised date, and no subsequent updates were provided. Attempts to contact customer support were futile, as the automated system offered only generic responses without real-time information or an option to speak with a human representative via chat or phone.
This issue aligns with repeated problems, including missed deliveries, parcels reported as lost, difficulties locating addresses, and claims of attempted delivery when no attempt was made. I strongly advise future customers to avoid Evri and select a more reliable courier service.

Every leaving items in communal area
I've got a buzzer,try using it.I was in all day waiting for the delivery,stop leaving items in the communal areas where anybody can steal them.My neighbour knocked with the item.I had another delivery from every today,that driver used my buzzer and delivered the item,thanks to that driver.

Just awful. Never deliver my parcel to my address, the 'proof of postage' will be some random shop or doorstep that I can't identify. Communication is inaccurate for tracking so you don't know what day it will come/constantly misses the delivery date.

A very disappointing experience with Evri. I waited for a parcel to be collected for return based on the notifications I received with the scheduled day and time window. Despite no one showing up, three collection attempts were recorded that never actually took place. I lost both time and money, having to take time off work to be available. A complete lack of professionalism.

Worst delivery company in the whole entire world. Absolute disgrace. I have had multiple stories from other people and personal horrible experiences. For 1, my parcel arrives 13 days after the arrival date, and I recieved it with a smashed up box and a damaged item. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING.
Didn't have the product shipped in the time given
We ordered on Dec 11 with 2-3 day shipping for kids. It Is Dec. 24 and still in transit. If the company can't get the product shipped in the time they specify, they should specify the correct shipping time.

Now I can’t order parcels from certain companies if it’s ever because they never arrive I think the Weybridge area needs to be investigated in Surrey as somebody is clearly stealing the parcels . Coats gifts ordered never arrived .truly shocking company how can this company get away with so many items going missing or being taken ??? Avoid Evry at all costs
