great belt.........but
the belt has a great design, however i would order it one size smaller than the chart. The one i got a xxl does not tighten up enough to support the back. I now need to order another one a size smaller size. very frustrating.

After having to wear my previous…
After having to wear my previous support belt which is bulky and cumbersome at times, my new trainer is a welcomed relief. It fits snug to my body and supports my spine in all the right places. I’m very satisfied with my new trainer.

I purchased the knee brace hopefully to…
I purchased the knee brace hopefully to get me back snowboarding and back up some Munros pain free….. with the returns policy ringing in my ear. 2 months trial and if it doesn’t work or just uncomfortable you can send it back.
Used it once successfully up a Munro of 800 metres, took a photo of me with it on at the summit in the snow…however I tried another hill later without the brace and my knee felt good which showed to me that my knee was getting stronger and the brace wasn’t needed anymore. They wouldn’t take it back as I’ve used it!!!! Apparently they offer a return policy but you must use it!! It must be returned with tags on. The first thing I had to do to try it on in the house was remove the tags as they were wrapped round the straps???
Communication was excellent in the first instance with sales rep online basically convincing me to at least try it…. £70 later I have a brace I’ve worn once and no longer need. I should have read terms and conds better…. I mean…. why advertise for a returns policy when you can’t try it on in a real life trial, and if you do …. You can’t return it….
I’d like to add, the product itself is awesome , comfortable, light and give you lots of confidence for any weight bearing activities you do. I just didn’t need it anymore….
Annoying but if something is generally too good to be true…. Then it inevitably is.
Good product but big delivery delay
I purchased Evorola’s back stretcher on 13/8/2023 and should have been delivered a few days later however, it actually took 2 weeks to deliver it!!
I messaged them regarding this issue and they apologised for the delay and asked me to track it via their tracking system but when I did it just said “item cannot be found”
When it eventually arrived it came well packaging but with no instructions on how to use it so I watched a video online to see how it’s used safely and that was how I found out how to use it correctly.
The item is good to use for people with back issues like myself for sciatica etc but it does takes a little while getting used to it so give yourself a few days of use and to carry on using it for pain relief.
