Received my belt and it fits really good. It has helped my sciatica and metal blade keeps my back straight. I have returned back to work with the help of the belt.

Best back brace that I have ever brought, helps my psyatica pain, it helps keep me upright with the metal plates and is comfortable, customer service was excellent as I ordered the wrong size and they changed it no problem! Word of advice don’t use their size chart order what trouser size you are

I am so disappointed with the handling of your customer, I received a wrong size of belt which I order for and I wrote an email to the customer service address they sent to me for return to exchange the belt size, but unfortunately they return the same belt back to me , which I am not happy about and disappointed.
I believe this company is not honest and caring enough with their customers. I ask people to desist from ordering products from the company. Elvis J

Size selection is not true. I ordered a 3xl because it was the closest to my waist size. The belt is way too big. I cannot get it tight enough to know if the belt works or not. How do I send it back?

They sent me SIZE 3XL when I need a large or XL Absolute waste of money. I have sent multiple emails they reply with automated how to use the belt instructions. Rubbish!!!! What is the point buying anything from a seller you get 0% after sales support from? Just good at taking sales money but nothing else.now I have been sent a belt SIZE 3XL “useless” it doesn’t matter what size you choose at point of sales they are probably just going to post whatever size they have in stuck. And ignore all comms Rubbish!!

I send a e-mail to your co.for return the belt I was too small you answer that you would exchange it for a larger size Isend it back to 1070 montgomery Rd altamonte FL 32714 on 12/16/2024 you refused the item after you said you would happy to exchange for a larger size that is sum way to do business

Order arrived on time. but no instructions on how to use. I held in my hands and I’m like what the heck do I do with it now. Looks useless without instructions

I received the belt reasonably quickly it was well packed and it is as described, recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. The plate in the back of the belt really makes a difference to the amount of support for the lower back & has helped me to return to work would highly recommend.

Hello, we bought a belt size 3 xl I would like to return it or exchange it for a 2 xl, everywhere it says 60 days return, and no one answers the email, it's hard to contact you, I wrote an email, no response, please contact me. Marlena

I did feel a big change after I put on the back suport from Evorola. After a herniatic disc surgery doctor told that the damage in nerve will take so long to calm but with this velt I can do a lots of things that can not do easelly with out it. I reccomend it to all I will order one more as spare.
