Just happened and did all instructions on line

Able to supply, even during the oil crisis.
Price elevated due to market conditions but less so than many other suppliers.
Arrived inside delivery date.

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it.
I was told my heating oil would be delivered on 2/4/26. No delivery. I called on Saturday as I had heard nothing to be told it would be delivered on Monday 6th to which I checked, are you sure as it’s a bank holiday. Yes we’re sure it will be delivered in the morning.
No fuel came.
I called today within opening times and the phone rang for 15 minutes before I gave up.
I don’t think the oil ever comes on the specified delivery date.
I now have to pay to have my boiler sorted as I have run out of heating oil completely. £650 has been taken out of my account and no oil??? Getting very frustrated now.

Took 4 attempts to make the delivery. No answer on the telephone from the Droitwich number despite calling 2 to 3 times per day for many days....

I was pleased that I was kept informed despite the delivery date being one day late. Some disappointment that it was not the usual Eveson driver but the delivery was completed by 7.30am and all went well.

Very poor delivery service. Informed of last minute changes more than once with no explanation.

The driver that made the delivery is a credit to the company, always friendly with a kindly word,look after him they are few and far between.

Placed our order online and after being told four times over a two week period the delivery would be made, no-one turned up. Each time we spoke to customer services on the phone they would promise the delivery date/time, but each time we were let down. Even after using the company over a two year period. Really poor service.

Having been a customer for several years with no problems, I have really been let down by them this time. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, for delivery by small tanker. I was promised delivery at the latest by last week. I am now out of oil, and despite endless promises of delivery, the earliest date I have now been given is possibly 2-3 weeks from now. I gather they have a problem with their small tanker. If they had communicated this to me, a week ago, I could have sorted out a delivery with a different company before I ran out. But no messages, I had to call about 10 times to endlessly chase them, no one could ever give me a direct answer. Anyway, I gave up eventually and went elsewhere. Rawlings of Basingstoke. They scheduled a delivery, with a small tanker with one phone call, gave me a delivery date there and then, at a cheaper price, and it arrived this morning. Evesons, never again I'm afraid.

Delivery was more than a week after the promised dafe.

I’ve been waiting nearly a week for my fuel delivery. Since the original delivery date, I’ve received daily text messages confidently promising delivery “tomorrow”. Spoiler alert: it never arrives.

The most recent order I made was placed via Boiler Juice, with Evesons responsible for fulfilment. Boiler Juice have confirmed they’ve had no updates from Evesons. When I contact Evesons myself, I’m repeatedly dismissed with: “You didn’t order from us, you need to chase Boiler Juice.” When I explain that I already have, I’m then told: “We don’t know when we’ll be able to deliver. I’ll get back to you.” They never do.

Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. Every recent interaction I’ve had with Evesons has been problematic, regardless of whether I ordered directly or via a third party. Their communication is abysmal, customer service staff are patronising, dismissive, and seemingly allergic to accountability. On a previous occasion, it took them several weeks to process a refund, despite being chased almost daily.

Running out of heating oil in winter isn’t a minor inconvenience, it’s a serious issue. Evesons appear to have neither the operational ability nor the customer service competence to manage the logistics of ensuring orders are fulfilled on time.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Evesons to save themselves the stress and order from literally any other supplier. In my experience, every alternative provides a better service, which frankly isn’t a high bar.
