I was to write a review like anyone else that I got scammed, but unexpectedly, 4 months after I ordered, I got what I purchased. For that, I sent like 20emails that I didn't receive my stuff.

Not sure the quality of the good, but at first glance it seems pretty ok.

So, even with all the previous reviews, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt

Ordered a kylo Ren costume and got a cheap cape instead. Now it takes 60 to 70 days for a refund what a scam. When I contacted them their excuse was we sold out of what you ordered but sent this instead. And did not even list item as sold out.

Got scammed too and even wasted 11$ for shipping back the wrong item back to them. Never got any answer back from them by e-mail and now looks that their website has closed-down... Next time I'll look at users comments before buying anything from China...

Sooo excited when I got Cozmo in the mail and very disappointed to received a chinabot piece of crap instead that I could've bought from the dollar store. As we know now 99% of online advertisements are fraudulent and I was another victim of their mischievous scams!!!SHAME ON YOU EVERYONEDAYS AND MAY YOUR GREED BRING YOU MISERY!!!

Scammed like everyone else. Bi Yu, who gave 5 stars, is clearly someone from the company and is posting a fake review. Avoid this company!

Sold me cheap toy instead of Anki Cozmo which was on promotion video.

Same as everybody, trusted Facebook ad but got ripped off for Cozmo Robot with $1 Coco.
Should have known better, postage back almost same as cost so going to my Credit Card Issuer to try for refund.
Wish I had found this site before purchase

It has been said many times: Do not buy anything from these swindlers. If you buy a COZMO robot you will get a COCO robot. If you try to get a refund, you will never get it. Yes, it happened to me too. Worst part? I trusted the company because I saw an ad on Facebook. I thought it was a reliable source... naive...

Same as all the other reviews, I order an Intelligent Robot from Everonedays and received a cheap Robt (which was not the same as the original advert on Facebook). All the instructions on the box were in Chinese!!
The Company said that there was not a quality issue and therefore I would have to post it back to the Factory before they would consider a refund. I asked my Credit Card Provider for assistance and received a credit on my account. Don't know how they are going to get their Robot back, but I am certainly not paying postal costs!

This is a liar company.
I bought a Cozmo Robot from them and they sent me an under quality toy.
They don't want to pay refund. Just if I send them back the toy which costs 1 USD. The shipping fee is almost the price which I bought from the Cozmo...

They are scammers. they do not want to give away money. And they write that this item will satisfy me. from today I am going to the police to report these thieves.

Terrible company. I did not receive the products I ordered, I recieved cheap $1 knockoffs, that are NOT what is advertised, or sold. BEWARE fine print, and lack of regulations for international sales.

As every person here I get scammed by this company. Send a cheap crappy robot instead of robot I ordered. Luckyly I have contacted my credit card issuer and asked them for chargeback, so in 45 days I'll have my money back.

Had the same. Ordered a white and grey cozmo and got 2 red coco's.
And they answered this after I complained about that ...

Hatte das gleiche. Bestellte einen weißen und grauen Cozmo und bekam 2 rote Cocos.
Und sie antworteten darauf, nachdem ich mich darüber beschwert hatte ...

Pure Scam: Ordered the Starwars Storm Trooper outfit, received a kids cheap plastic knock off. No communications, no refund, no nothing. Read the reviews, listen to them. Don't be a victim.

Ordered cozmo ended up getting coco. Tried so many times to get refund but no answer. Is there any way we can do something about this cheating site or company so that others won’t fall in the trap.
