Я попросил тех поддержку о помощи восстановления моего аккаунта, я понимаю что у них есть регламент но потребовали очень много данных которые уже тяжело найти. А найти надо было старые квитанции который были высланы на старый эл почту 5-7 лет назад, в итоге попросили меня они обратиться к платежному провайдеру xsolla которая так же отвечает сутками или даже днями, один ответ я ждал 3 суток от них.
В итоге я сам лично восстановил старую эл.почту которая была взломана и привязана к моему аккаунту PoE, и смог снова зайти и спокойно играть. В течении пару дней меня БАНЯТ не за что, я еще взял донатил в игру чтобы купить эффекты умений, а меня БАНЯТ и снова просят данные по моей учетной записи что я помню о ней и о СТИМ данные. ЭТО УЖАС, Я ВОЗМУЩЕН ОТ ТАКОГО. СИДИШЬ ИГРАЕШЬ НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ДЕНЬ ЗАХОДИШЬ И ОКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ ТЕБЯ ЗАБАНИЛИ, ПРОСТО ТАК!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for POE2 early access, put many hours into the game over the course of roughly half of a year. Came back recently to play the latest league, only to find my account locked. Contacted support only to be rudely accused of "stealing" from them, and to have them demand i repurchase early access of I want my account unlocked.

Extremely shady, criminal behaviour. I have receipts and proof of my payment and they do not care - they flatly insist on their attempts to extort me.

Do not support these scumbags, under a circumstanes.

Path of Exile has deteriorated a lot since patch 2.0 and removing DirectX 9. Regardless of the reasons, optimization seems to have ceased since, and all the focus is on MTX. They don't moderate their game servers for platform community guideline violations, and there's lots of shit happening there. People just don't care about others anymore. Historically, this type of behavior was usually isolated to Americans, but now everyone else is joining in the abuse.

I'm not usually nice enough to remove or clean up inflammatory statements like I had here, because the negligence of these companies is affecting our lives. Some are professional gamers, some are disabled and their main form of entertainment are their computers, and a large majority are little kids that aren't even supposed to be playing, etc. Path of Exile is a complex ARPG, and takes an enormous amount of investment if you plan on getting anywhere. Trying to relax and invest time when these negative things are happening is destructive at best.

GGG is an incredibly shady company dealing in slimy and underhanded tactics such as last epoch reached out to them and blizzard to tell them when season 3 was coming out so it wouldnt get too cluttered with releases so knowing when they were coming out GGG intentionally took their launch date knowing they were the bigger dog SLIMY AND UNDERHANDED

I've played a bit the poe, then poe2 and what diablo has much better than poe on xbox is optimization of the game. Parties,sea of mobs d2 is way ahead, no lag, no drastic fps drop, everything works.
Poe2 and GG specifically had a lifetime to address this and still dont. Many of the menu items work real bad or dont at all, for instance join party list is broken, search tab /list in the store is broken, skills and gem upgrading is a pain, unindentifying the chests in maps not existing or broken for xbox ,party mobbing is impossible if on 4k 144hz. And thats only a part of the issues. Its obvious that you are ahead of Diablo 2, but spare some work force on optimizing console players also, shouldn't be that hard if 99.9% of other major headline games did it?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Path of Exile 2, including buying a $180 Supporter Pack, then upgrading to a $250 one. After refunding the duplicate, Grinding Gear Games locked my account — even though I spent more money afterward on points and guild contributions.

Instead of looking at the account history and recognizing this as an honest upgrade mistake, their support team sent me canned responses and demanded repayment for something I already covered by upgrading. They’ve shown zero flexibility or reason.

Locked account out of nothing, didnt even play for 3 months. Wanted to start again for the new PoE2 Season. No answer for 2 weeks from support and I think I wont get an answer. Thats bs.

I bought a supporter pack months ago. I bought some slots to use the games terrible outdated scam heavy trade system.
Recently they added a new trade system but decided to add a new type of stash tab as a money grab.
They offered players the chance to upgrade the old slots but anyone who upgraded the wrong slots 8 months ago are not eligible. Support go out of their way to blame the customer for their choice and refuse to remedy the situation. The customer service is non existent, just a moron saying they can't help to every single reply.

Avoid this scum bag company, their value money over everything.

The customer is being blamed for their choice after grinding gear games changed the slot type for trading. It's a really scummy cash grab especially with no offer of compensation.

Avoid their games. They will make things you paid money for obsolete and then blame you for your poor choices.

Boring, lagging and so repetitive you will fall asleep playing. I went on reddit to ask about the lag and was immediately banned. They hate the truth.

Great game, good content, lots of mechanics. The game itself is really awesome if you like A-RPGs.
But their support is terrible. So terrible, that I won't ever play in game made by GGG. The support will always reply to you, but never solve your issues. Unless, you are a well known streamer, maybe.
Also, it is not really "free to play" as you need to spend money if you store items, etc.

this company servers are dogshit, and they do not fix the issues with said servers, i do NOT recommend buying anything from them.

I have emailed support at Grinding Gear Games three times over the past month to delete my account. Initial contact by support requested my account name and ID number of my most recent transaction. Following my response, my bank account has been hacked, no further communication from support, and my account is still active.

I have been reaching out since December 3rd 2024 with no success on getting things resolved. Their customer service is terrible and sends generic copy/paste responses most of the time. It is June 1st 2025 and they are still giving out the excuse of being behind on support tickets. Do not support this company

GGG are a terrible company that lack empathy, they pretend to be developing games that are not pay to win yet they let Elon Musk get into the scoreboards by obviously paying to win, destroying the enjoyment for others and basically saying they support Nazi dictators.
If you play their games as intended and figure out what they call an exploit you will get banned, they are that petty, no conversations, their moderators might as well be AI bots they offer no human resolve and end each message with "Kind Regards" which is offensive given their lack of reasonability.
Their developers are winging it all the way ripping off other games as they go and releasing new patches that crash peoples computers because their games are unstable and unprofessional. Any kind of criticism or even feedback in the forums and your entire account will be permanently locked, they are basically sadists.
Their games arent worth playing, I played PoE1 for over a decade and PoE 2 early access, I wish I hadnt. PoE1 had potential but all the massive issues with exploit to win strategies were ignored and the game is actually balanced around them... but find an exploit that they put in the game because of an unprofessional oversight and they ban you!
The games also feature Nazi imagery which is slightly altered but still obvious.
PoE2 is complete garbage, far worse than the original, full of bugs, still have to use a website to trade items, incredible lack of vision and worst of all the game is not fun to play, its like beating your head against a wall until you finally get past a point, it isnt difficult just sadistic, skill doesnt enter the equation monsters are just too fast and when you finally get to the endgame the game is easy and utterly boring and repetitive. Do not waste your time with it and take it from someone who has wasted hundreds of hours into the games. Diablo 2 Resurrected and Last Epoch are both far superior and are actually fun and rewarding. GGG also hides their pay to win stash tab allocation, its fairly predatory. A dishonest company and one that probably funds Elon to promote it therefore supporting Nazis. Total lack of empathy from GGG. All their new league launches are also full of bugs and delays because they arent professional, wait in a huge queue to play new content and end up waiting for 4 hours just to get kicked from the server because the server cant handle it. The develops also DONT EVEN PLAY THEIR GAMES....

Grinding Gear Games – Unfair Bans & No Accountability

I was wrongfully banned from Path of Exile II on April 30, 2025, after spending $39.55 on the game and additional purchases through Steam. Despite never violating the Terms of Service, GGG accused me of using third-party software without any proof and denied my appeal without explanation.
🚨 Major issues with Grinding Gear Games:
- No transparency in banning decisions
- Refuses to provide evidence of alleged violations
- Ignores appeals and customer concerns
- Revokes access to paid purchases without compensation
- Encourages banned players to buy the game again instead of fairly reviewing cases
I have filed official complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Washington State Attorney General, and I am willing to speak to media about this. If GGG can wrongfully strip players of purchases, they can do this to anyone.

Scam. Willkürliche Admins die sich das Recht rausnehmen einfach Accounts zu löschen. Support nicht vorhanden oder man wird extra ignoriert. 30 € in den Sand gesetzt bzw. eher gesagt 30 € geklaut von Grinding Gear Games.

Awful, but descriptive. Their games are as their name implies. A grindfest without fun or reward. Should be out of business, but people are gluttons for punishment.
