Everydayedeals Anmeldelser

Great service response is very fast to any problem

I wanted to upload 4 photos for family members that lost their pets and I was unable to do it. I contacted customer service and the link was closed for vacation. They opened the link just for me. I was supper happy. Then I got 2 of my photos uploaded and the other 2 would not go. I sent another email and uploaded my photos directly to them. I gave them credit card info and all is good. Their customer service is above a 5. They are a 100 in my book. The paintings are so real that they look like the real photos.

Ottima esperienza, mi piace molto

Sehr guter Service.

I had an issue with an item that I received. This company replaced it and I could not have been more pleased. They answer emails the very next day. They stand behind their products which gives me the confidence to order again. I have already put another order in.

My concern about when my items would be shipped was answered promptly and with a good explanation as to why it was delayed. They also indicated they would try and get it out today. Thank you

I contacted them for updated tracking. They promptly replied with the information.
This was my second contact with the customer service team. Both times I have been very satisfied.

My question was answered quickly and I was given verification of tracking. Great customer service.

Everydayedeals is the Best supplier of diamond dotz I ever deal with since a long time. I got everything I asked for and the quality is good. The best thing I appreciate from them is they are very communicative both ways and fast to answer. It’s a company you can trust Suzanne for Québec

Love everyday deals. Diamond paintings are incredible.

Hello to everyone, I ordered from Everydayedeals then realized it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. Well, to my surprise it arrived in enough time for me to decorate all 5 projects and frame 2 of them. Everyone was impressed by its beauty once done. Thank you! Lilly

I have NOT received any thing from you. Cannot /will not order more if you don't send my previous order SOON?
CHARLOTTE

It took way too long to ship my things from your factory. I ordered in November and they just shipped. I will not get them in time for Christmas, and they are Christmas presents. :-(( I remember the last time I ordered, it took about a month to get here AFTER they had left your store.

I recommend this company to everyone. I had an issue with the size of a picture being made due to my own fault and they let me know right away that it needed to be a bigger size which way to big for me to do (60x50) so I needed to cancel the order and I got my refund the very next day, but they did try to help me and they answer The very next day due to the time zone, but I love this company. Their prices are good and as I said, I would refer them to everyone.

Excellent service again and quick to help with finding a certain item

I have been ordering from the company for quite some time (over 25 projects!) Not only are the projects to quality - believe it or not, but doing these is excellent therapy - I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" and was to keep it moving! A lot cheaper than the doctor and a lot more fun! Thank you for being there for all of us who enjoy crafts!

A few months ago I bought a design, well I finally started it but I found out that I didn’t get a color, it is a chef standing, I’m sorry that I don’t have a code or anything, the code for the color is the letter D #3042 and it is in the pants. My address is Cheryl Dillinger. 725 Churchill#11. Waupaca Wi 54981
