Too busy texting to provide basic service
Poor customer service ruins what should be a straightforward visit.
I was left waiting while the staff member continued texting on her phone, then treated with unnecessary rudeness when she eventually decided to serve me. The interaction was curt, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
Being made to feel like an inconvenience as a paying customer is unacceptable particularly in a pharmacy, where courtesy and professionalism should be a given.
Two stars only because the transaction itself was completed.

Very good pharmacist
Very good pharmacist. Helpful and knowledgeable.
However, I had a long wait past my appointment time as they only have 1 consultancy room, and another pharmacist was using it for a consultation with a couple.

Great staff at Shaw branch
The staff at our branch in Shaw Oldham are always very helpful and friendly. Today after being at the doctors i had a prescription sent to Everest. The N.H.S system was down and Julie said she would messenger me when it was back up and running. Within the hour the prescription was ready and i picked it up.

In and out in 15-20mins
For ear wax removal, we were arrived there and filled an online form. The extraction process was done in 5-10mins. There has been improvement in hearing since then.

Dreadful left me without vital blood thinners and not the first time, horrible woman on the phone not fit to work with sick and elderley people, they get you upset and anxious ans shout at you and hang up

Been going for many years. The staff are always welcoming and attentive.
Never felt I couldn't approach them with questions.
There were a few issues during the recent take-over/change of management but the staff seem to have rallied quickly and got back on track.
The only 'problems' I've encountered are from the surgery across the road not getting their act together and getting my requests over to the chemists fast enough. This is not the pharmacy's fault.

The trainee pharmacist, Nadia, at the Manchester Whalley Range branch, was brilliant when I stopped in to get some advice on a wound. She was friendly, and most importantly, advised me to go straight to the GP as it was infected. Fantastic service and the correct advice was given due to the risk of sepsis. Such a useful service to have on our doorstep. Thank you!

The pharmacists and staff are always friendly and helpful, by organising my prescription from the doctor regularly it takes so much stress away. When I go in to ask about any minor ailments like sore ears or an insect bite, they are always helpful and will tell me when I need a doctor or hospital. I trust Everest. They are also discreet which I value.

The staff are helpful and supportive but it was very difficult to make an appointment using the website. I could not pay the required deposit because I don’t have PayPal. It then took me fifteen minutes to get through on the phone
