Unfortunately, i concur with the other customers. My experience has been very poor. The customers services is non existent. It is impossible to reach them by email or phone. They just never reply. I am having a material delivery problem which can be solved only by them. I have made at least 15 calls to try to find a solution over a week. No answer at all. I do not recommend.
Very poor communication and customer service. It is extremely difficult to get any response, and customer requests are ignored. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this store.

Instead of addressing the concerns raised, the company chose to make personal assumptions and attack the reviewer.
A professional business should focus on resolving customer concerns, not making personal remarks about the people leaving reviews. Unfortunately, this response only reinforces my original opinion.

I Buy new and get one from showroom, they don't mention this. Dont get papers set which should come with new bike, like Proof of Purchase with frame number which is most important, no manuals, no component booklets, just bike wraped in black plastic with probably damaged wheels, need to show it for local bike shop probably its posible to straighten wheels.

We really question the basis of your rating. First of all, the bike is not a "demo", but a completely new one that has been assembled for our store. Therefore, if the bike needs to be sent, our craftsmen pack it very carefully so that it is safe for shipping. Just because the bike has been prepared for riding does not make it used or that someone has already ridden it.
As for the documents, the purchase documents have been sent by email and you can download them in your buyer profile.
Unfortunately, if you need to assemble a bike and do not have such knowledge yourself, then you need to contact a bicycle mechanic. Youtube and AI will not help here.
Very poor customer service.
I tried to cancel my order before 3 days before it was shipped. I called and was told to send an email, which I did — but received no response.
Despite contacting them in advance, the order was still shipped without any reaction. It was extremely difficult to get in touch, and when I finally did, my request was simply ignored.
Communication is a disaster. Based on this experience, I would not trust this store, especially if any support or warranty is needed later.
My review reflects my actual experience:
- I requested cancellation before shipment.
- My email received no reply.
- The order was shipped despite my request.
- Communication was extremely difficult throughout the process.
Would not recommend.

Learn to acknowledge your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is shown by how those mistakes are handled.
Comparing an online order cancellation to buying bread in a grocery store is neither relevant nor professional. Instead of addressing the actual issues I raised, your response dismissed them and focused on unrelated topics.

It probably wouldn't be logical to indicate the warranty period options if there is no need for a warranty. Your assessment is based on your own dissatisfaction and imagination of what could be.
Since we delivered the bike within our promised time, you shouldn't be dissatisfied.
You won't be able to use multiple discount codes for the purchase. We also won't be able to fulfill your request to credit your payment and discount to your account, because your purchase was paid for and you saw the amount you paid.
So when you buy bread at a grocery store, and if it has a discount after a couple of days, you also ask the store to deduct the difference from you? :)

Incredibly good shopping experience it was shopping from Evelostore. I bought a BIG Weber grill that weighed 136 Kg on a Tuesday and received delivery Friday the same week from Latvia to Sweden! Big thanks to Ivo Viļumovs for quick responses and help with the purchase. Everything has arrived completely and nicely with FedEx. as promised!

I purchased an item online using paypal. I received acknowledgment for payment immediately, but nothing thereafter. Who knows what happened. Paypal gave me a refund without any fuss. thank you paypal.

The order processing time is currently 1-4 business days. Business days do not include weekends. If you need the shipment faster, it would be wiser to purchase it in your country, as the delivery time will also be 3-5 days.

The site is real, but I'd suggest avoiding this store. Here is my experience:
Website usability:
+ On desktop, the store works fine and is intuitive.
- On mobile though, one cannot access the "my account" page through the user interface; so you cannot see/edit your addresses, order information or history, alerts or anything related to the account.
- Even if English is selected as website language, some details like shipment information is still shown in Latvian.
+ I ordered a bike on 27 of august 2025 and the ordering process ON THE WEBSITE went smooth.
Customer support:

The delivery:
- Now they say delivery in 1-4 working days and since I'm not from Latvia I knew it was going to take longer even if they do not mention estimated delivery times to other countries on their website. In my case, after 5 working days of no news, not even sending the bike, I wrote an email in which I explicitly said I would like to withdraw from the purchase and expect a full refund. After just 2 hours of me sending the email, I receive an email notifying me that the order was SHIPPED -- RED FLAG.
I said ok, let's wait for it to get here. Spoiler - it took 5 more working days to get to me. That wouldn't have been such a big problem but as soon as it arrivved I took it(still sealed) to a specialised bike garage to assemble it - I got lucky they had free time and took it immediately so I stayed there.
- Crankset was not as specified on website Shimano GRX RX600, 46/30T (around 100EUR) INSTEAD they sent some Prowheel Forge crankset (around 20EUR)
- The brakes they sent were not as specified on webiste "Shimano BR-UR300, Hydraulic disc brake" they sent cheap ZOOM brakes.
- The brake discs were both bent
- Front rim also bent
- The bottom bracket and crank arm was scratched on both sides
I spent an EXTRA $450 to fix these (The bike was 777EUR) and replace the brakes with SHIMANO ones + get the Crankset the bike should've had!
Overall bad, bad, bad experience, save yourself time and money use other serious European bike stores. What I used and recommend Decathlon or Bike24 or Merlyn Cycles.

Hello,
Immediately after receiving the order, we informed you as the buyer that the delivery of the bike would take a few days longer than usual. We received your consent to this.
The DRAG bike was delivered in its original packaging and we had not opened it here in Latvia. We also did not receive any information from you about the problems in order to be able to solve them. If such a thing exists, then there is no problem returning the bike at our expense.
Unfortunately, in this case, we could only find out about the problems in the customer review, but not the desire to contact the seller and inform him.
We offer a 14-day unconditional return of goods.
