Poor quality clothing, slow delivery and exceptionally bad customer service. Refunds are impossible to obtain even though goods are of poor quality.

I ordered an ornament that looked really good quality. What i received was utter trash, hideous workmanship different material, didn't even look the same. A total misrepresentation, and they refuse to take the product back and make a full refund. Not a trustworthy seller...

A Tiffany style dog ordered, apparently reduced from £75 to £25. Absolutely awful. Looked nothing like the picture. Very poor painted mashed together plastic. Ugly plastic joints, terrible features and only odd square actually coloured. Do not be fooled into buying. They laughingly advertise as limited edition stock. Also took two months to arrive.

Terrible clothing, poor quality, overpriced ans nothing like the pictures, have emailed them for a return but considering the reviews here, not holding out much hope. Over 60 quid my mum spent on 2 jumpers that aren't even worth a fiver!

When resin stained glass dog arrived, absolutely nothing like picture. Most of it was not painted, although in the picture it is. Cheap and horrible. Not worth the £24.99 I paid. This was to be a birthday present for someone, now got to get something else.
Do not use this company at all. Cheap and nasty . AVOID

I still waiting for my order it's been 5 weeks I know it's going to be a waste of money

Don’t believe it - Chinese company with poor quality clothing masquerading as if in U.K. Won’t give refund if clothes discounted but all their clothes are discounted

This company is also known as Avery & Rose allegedly based in Manchester . Eve Oxford is Chinese based and a scam company cheating the English buyer with false misleading assurances. Please stay away from them and any similar allegedly UK based company. Check they have a UK telephone number and address!!!

What was received bore no resemblance to the pictured item. What was pictured had the depth and sheen of smooth rock with translucent eyes. The actual item was dull matte black with painted eyes. An utter waste of money.

(Added a month later: Having offered me a 60% refund after many e-mails, they told me 'we'd like to think the item is at least 60% like advertised'. My reply was: 'In that it is the head of a cat, there is a resemblance to what is advertised, but it is not as advertised. What is received should be 100% what is advertised.' Today I received a full refund.)

Product arrived late and was nothing like the pictures. Is very cheap looking. I would not expect to pay 1/5th of what I paid. I suspect they are just hoping you will do what I did - throw it in the bin and chalk it up to experience.

What an absolute Rip off , waited for item for over two weeks when it came box was crushed and item was tiny. Item cost 27.99 was approx 6.00 on Temu site and is excatly the same item. So much for their carefully hand picked packing service which they rave about!! DO NOT use this site !!! Didn’t even want to give it one star but it won’t let you write the review unless you do!!

Item shown was not what I received. Wanted to charge me for the return to Asia. Would never use again.

1 star only because Trust Pilot does not permit 0 Stars. Buyer beware. Operates out of China poor customer service late delivery after 3 false dates given. Poor reviews and bordering on a scam. Does not relate to catalogue picture in terms of look or colour. Garment made of poor material. Returns not permissible for reduced items which they all are. Lesson learned, do not purchase from this supplie.

Ordered 3 dresses. Not one looked like the pictures when ordering. Poor nylon materials. Shoddy workmanship. Would never recommend this company to anyone. If you want to return items they expect you to fund the cost of back to China. I paid £80 for extremely poor goods. BEWARE. I would give no stars for this Company but Trust Pilot only gives choice of 1 to 5

maybe based in Canada.
Ordered a dress on line and when it arrived it looked like a sack.
Tried to send it back and their policy does not allow refunds on sale items ( all items are on sale) and totally ignore sales of goods act.
I would give this company '0" stars, but I had to leave at least "1"
