From my first enquiry through to the final installation the service provided was excellent. I had very specific requirements for the routing of my cables and the EV Charger positioning and was very pleased with the final result. They arrived on time, completed all of the cabling and installation to my requirements, left my garage, side path and driveway clean and provided a detailed handover of the work they had completed and explanation of my Simpson and Partners EV charger and its use and functionality.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family and neighbours.

Advice was given on the best type of charger to meet my requirement and the installation was neat and tidy with a full explanation on the operation of the charger given. Would definitely recommend.

Jon & Alex arrived but had already meticulously prepared for the job. Before they started they ran through what I needed from my charger, and made suggestions to give me the best outcome.

Highly professional, tidy and efficient. And at completion of the job the run-through was very welcome, and an extra bit of service from them.

I would not recommend any other company, 5 star service, yet reasonably priced.

Originally contacted Jon by email requesting a quote, from that point on the experience was great. They may not have been the cheapest company to install a charger at our property, but ours wasn't a straightforward installation and Jon left me with confidence that there wouldn't be any unexpected costs, which can't be said for other companies that I had contacted.

The installation itself was seamless and has all been done very neatly, would thoroughly recommend.

Jon and Alex were an excellent team and done a fantastic job of installing our Simpson & Partners Home Plus charger with wireless load manager. Initial conversations were great and I had a good discussion with Jon as to what our requirements were. Our meter and consumer unit are in the middle of our house and the ground floor has been partially concreted so no suspended floor to go under. We wanted the install to be as discreet as possible which meant lifting the carpet and the floorboards upstairs. On install day Jon and Alex spent a good amount of time talking through what the options were and making sure I was absolutely happy before starting. Communication throughout has been excellent and both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Their work was fantastic and you wouldn’t even know the carpet and floorboards upstairs had been disturbed. I was given a thorough demonstration of the charger and the app. I would highly recommend Jon and Alex to anyone thinking about getting having a charger installed without hesitation!

From first contact, I got the impression that Jon "knew his stuff" and was not one of the "cowboys" who I expect you may find elsewhere. After discussing my thoughts and requirements (including integration with my PV solar panels, of which Jon also has personal experience), Jon clearly explained some of the charge points that he thought were suitable and later sent photos and documents for information. No "sales pressure" to buy was also welcome.

The installation of a Simpson & Partners Home Plus went as expected, and everything was clearly explained and demonstrated by Jon and Alex.

I had a preference for someone local, someone that I could speak to and discuss my Chargepoint requirements with. Had already paid a major national energy supplier to do it but their model of outsourcing meant I could not get them to do the work or trust the advice.

The team at EV charging systems made the effort to come in, provide advice I could trust and go with. I was given a date, explained what would happen on the day, communication was great. The team led by Jon arrived on time. Given a full explanation at the end as to how I should use the system. Compared to the stress of my previous experience, the whole thing was stress free this time around. The work is professional and so are the team. If I had to do this again, I would get Jon and his team back in.

Great end to end customer experience. Everything from making sure the right system was installed for our needs. Jon gave me a few options to meet these with quotes, but always the option to chose a different charger if we preferred. We went with the Simpson & Partners that they recommended. Hadn’t heard of them before & love the much slicker look to the charger.

Installation was completely very quickly. Jon & Alex were both great. Installation is all very tidy & looks great. They even went the extra & shifted a bunch of tiles that were in the way, to make sure the instal was clean & tidy. Both Jon & Alex made sure the system was working correctly. Took me through the app setup to make sure we were all set up & what we needed to know to use the system correctly.

Used the system a few times. So easy to use & all works great :)

My second charger in just over a year, as I moved house & this was the only company I was going to use following my first experience of them. After a quick chat with Jon, I went for a Simpson & Partners untethered with a 15m cable, which was the most suitable in this instance. My previous Hypervolt was excellent & worked for me, but wouldn’t suit my needs. Jon & Alex really know their job and the way they conduct their business makes the whole experience so much easier. I would highly recommend them.
