It is the second time I have used EV Charging Systems. I highly recommend them, there work is of a very high standard and they are really helpful.

From the initial phone call to discuss the fitting, to the information about the charge point app when it was all done, I could not have been happier with the service I received. Even a little blip out of their control was resolved professionally and quicker than could have been expected. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I have been looking for an EV charger but because I wanted to use it for a rental home I had specific question. Jon was great and went away and researched the options and I was more than happy to go ahead.
In stall went without any issues at all, nothing was too much trouble.
The team spent time explaining how everything worked and I’m absolutely delighted with it.

I would recommend to everyone ( and already have) I will use him again soon.

They helped me decide how and where best to install which is a much better personalised service that I couldn't get out of octopus energy. They explained everything clearly and offered an appointment within the same week. The installation was very professional and discrete.

Jon & Alex were excellent. I was buying an Ev for the first time. Spoke to Jon on the phone and he was so knowledgable and helpful.I ordered the charger and it was fitted within a week. Jon came with Alex who talked me through the charger and app with expert knowledge. Both of them were so friendly and helpful I would thoroughly recommend them. Fast and professional service. Had to have a part replacement on my EV home charger. I contacted EV CHARGING SYSTEMS who installed our charger a few years ago, they were fantastic. Jon talked me through what I had to do and how to contact the company regarding the warranty. Within a few days the part was delivered. Alex from EV CHARGING SYSTEMS came and fitted the part with no problems at all. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company. They are really professional and friendly. I cannot recommend these people enough. They carried out the work quickly, neatly and with a friendly service. They had to carry out follow out follow up work (not their fault) and again managed to fit it in promptly and conveniently.

I had no idea on electric car chargers as this is my first electric car. John spent time talking me through my options and costs in great detail so I understood.
On installation day, John & Alex fitted the charger and spent time talking me through the app and how it works. They also talked me through the safety features and what I needed to look out for.
I now have a discreet charging box on my house.
I would highly recommend EV Charging Systems.

From the start it was a pleasure dealing with EV Charging systems. Very quick and efficient service. I'm very OCD when it comes to work on my house and I have to say the team went over and above. Great installation, great service and all at a competitive price. Not sure how many EV charges I will need to install in my lifetime but I would not hesitate to use them again. Very happy customer.

Very happy with the advice and service, and they did a great job very quickly.
I contacted several local companies before I had bought my new car, but none even bothered to reply. So I contacted EV Charging Systems based somewhere in central Essex as they advertised covering Southend on Sea, actually they said Essex and surrounding areas :)
From the start they were quick and efficient advising me of the different options and the cost vs performance benefits.
I was expecting to wait weeks for the install given the approvals and permissions needed. So I was amazed when they completed the job 8 days after I submitted photos for them to estimate the job. That was before the car needed it's first charge.
Highly recommend them.

Whole experience was great from start to finish, managed a very quick turnaround due to expedited car delivery. Jon and Alex explained everything in detail, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

What can I say!!! Jon and Alex delivered a fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service! Gave great advice on what charger would best suit my needs and really took the time during the install to explain everything I needed to know about the product and APP. Sent all the electrical certification over within a couple of hours no need to chase. Left the area where they worked clean and tidy.

Cannot fault the service I have received highly recommend to anyone considering an electric vehicle home charger!

Absolute gentleman, both Jon and Alex were very knowledgeable from the initial video survey, through to the installation and final handover.

Competitive pricing, did what they said without any problems and tided up after themselves.
