Jon, Alex and Debbie Pearse were very helpful

Jon and Alex very knowledgeable took time and went through best route to install the cable for my pod point.
hit them loads with other questions non EV related and both were very happy to answer. ( they knew their stuff :) )
EV side of things fabulous install went through every thing step by step and finally I'm up and running no longer using a normal house hold plug to charge the car!

I was waiting some months for another company to supply the pod fit. They were poor at letting me know what when etc, so I tried EV as recommended by a friend. I could speak with the same guy, talked through the timings and costs and got it done within a month, cheaper too. It looks good and it works. Plus I had a contact who was always at the end of the phone or text. Excellent service

I was contacted by EV Charging systems through the podpoint referal system, by e-mail and a telephone call, all handled quickly and well explained as to what would happen.
On the day of the installation, the work was all explained as to what would happen, and the installation was carried out by Jon Pearse and Alex in a timely manner and they left the area clean.
I was then shown through the system on how to use and operate the home charger .
I felt reassured I had all the information that I required.
I would gladly recommend EV Charging Systems and use them for future work.

I found Mr Pearse and his wife friendly, they answered my phone call and emails in a very timely way and gave me straight forward honest advice.

Reading other people's reviews regarding their experience, I have to agree that Jon and Alex were polite, helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. They were able to mount the charger exactly were I wanted it and connected to the circuit breaker of my choice. They did not encounter any technical problems and thanked me for lifting floor boards and drilling a hole into the porch prior to their visit. One small criticism. The cost of the installation package allowed for up to fifteen metres of cable. They used barely five metres which was somewhat stretched. An extra metre or so would have provided some welcome slack under the floor. However, the system works fine. Thankyou very much.

A great job altogether. Helpful support and information beforehand, good instructions as to what we needed to do before the installation and a friendly service. Jon arrived when he said he would, carried out the installation very neatly and without drama and gave us good instruction as to how to get best use out of the product. Highly recommended.

Alex arrived on time and completed the job to my full satisfaction. He was extremely polite and left the work area very tidy and clean .. you would not realise anything had been done in fact. Alex also took great trouble to get me connected to the app and made sure I understood how it worked before he left. All in all he was excellent.

Excellent and professional service. We had a tricky installation as we wanted the charge point on the other side of the house from the Electric meter. No problem for these gents, professionally installed with a full in detail demo of how the system/charge point works.

Fantastic service from Jon and Alex. We had a very complicated installation due to the nature of the property and its age. They were here for the whole day and worked tirelessly to fit a charger for us. We are very grateful for their work and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed.
