The portable charger is excellent. The customer service is even better. Purchased the 5m charger, but actually required the 10m. Emma sorted it out without any fuss and the product was in use within two days of purchase.

I called EV Extras to ask about their EV “Granny” chargers as my Hyundai charger had failed due to being used in the rain. The women I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I later ordered a charger online but was very disappointed when DHL reported that they had been unable to deliver the package as no-one was available. My wife and I had both been in, and our doorbell camera hadn’t recorded anyone. The photo of the “delivery” was a blank photo. I called EV Extras, really to let them know about the poor service by DHL. I spoke to Emma at DHL and she was amazingly helpful, checking with DHL and told me the parcel would be delivered to my house later, rather than being left at a service point. I was delighted when a DHL driver arrived at 18:00 with the parcel, which was well packaged. The driver was very apologetic and told me he had to enlist another driver’s help the previous day who had let him down - he’d failed to deliver another 15 parcels as well. To my amazement, Emma called me at 19:48, having seen that DHL has reported the delivery, and wanted to check it was ok.
Brilliant service! I highly recommend this company, they deserve to succeed.

Very quick delivery, the cable of 1.8m is slightly abit short for what I wanted it for as a 2m would have been better as a 3m would be too long!
I now position the car more closer and it works perfectly as I can’t trip over the 5m cable that came with my car.
If I need another cable I would definitely buy it from them again, the cost was very reasonable too.

The appeared to be a problem with the shipping the tracking was showing very odd things so I phoned the company they explained that the van picking up my product had broken down and told me exactly when it'd be arriving the product is excellent exactly as described and works brilliantly and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and very friendly

Delivered quickly and seemed a good quality (granny) charger. However, ceased to work after 20 months, but only comes with 12 months warranty. Contacted them and only a few hours afterwards (on a Sunday) the issue was quickly resolved.
Excellent customer service, replacement received on Tuesday with return shipping of the defective unit prepaid.
Very professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. So happy I bought from this business; absolutely brilliant!
