EV Extras Anmeldelser

Good description, product works well, I had a choice of delivery companies which was really great as some can’t seem to find me. Delivered when promised

Personal attention and quick follow up on my queries

I purchased a coiled ev lead to avoid the lead lying on the floor getting wet and messy when I charge, the cable from ev extras is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Had to order a new EV cable and Kathryn and Emma were very helpful in explaining my options, ensuring I didn’t forget to apply a discount code when ordering. Finally, through no fault of EV Extras there was a delay in delivery and Emma, spoke with the courier Company to understand the issue and speed things up! Brilliant service, nice product too! Thank you 👍

Came within a good timeframe, driver courteous . Reasonable price and works perfectly.

Wonderful service! Very fast delivery. I chose DHL at checkout. From placing the order to delivery was a total of only 24h!
I am also very happy with the performance of the charger I purchased.

Chat was quick and informative, delivery next day.

Great product, great price and rapid delivery. Thanks

New neat and tidy cable which doesn't drag on the floor.

Easy to order, delivery made as promised. The product was packed well and exactly as advertised . I would recommend this company to order from.

First time using this company, I was not disappointed good quality product definitely recommend

I placed an order for charger and cable bag, then sent them message as could not workout the delivery option on the site

They then called back and I missed the call so I called them back and spoke to a very nice lady called emma if I remember, anyway she then said I missed the discount, and would refund the discount to me, which was unexpected and very nice

The process from ordering and customer service is awesome and if your a EV user then recommend using them. package arrived quickly and I used the home charge already and it works great

Thanks the EV Extra great experience all round

I like the product but the delivery information from Shop and DHL was all over the place
