I had an issue with my order not being recived, I emailed the company and they were more than helpful, Matt took care of my issue and dispatched a new order out for me. First class service.

Really impressed. My new build garden held so much water it was unusable 5 months of the year. I used some of their turf/ garden products & its made a notable difference. Thanks!

Product not working, email for help. After a few email exchanges, radio silence. Customer service is very poor. If that’s important to you I would avoid this company.

Excellent product range for home growers, horticulturists and agriculture. Fast delivery and friendly service.

Even though part of my product is out of stock, following a conversation with a VERY helpful chap today, I feel confident the clay drainer will arrive...just in time for more rain ;-)

My delivery arrived all good, had to speak to them regarding advice with application of the product. Spoke to a very knowledgeable guy called Matthew, helped with all my queries.

Very disappointed with the service offered by this supplier. I ordered a product on 2/2/26 and still hasn’t been delivered. I chased the order up last week and was advised they were the maufacturer rather than Amazon! This I understand but if you offer a product, at least have sufficient supplies in stock to fulfill an order. As of today 13/2/26 order is still showing processing with no sign of delivery. My advice, look elsewhere
Had an interesting response from Matthew Wallace Northern Sales Manager, rather sarcastic actually when the question raised. He did highlight that on the website under shipping, it can take up to 30 days if awaiting a delivery of raw materials. It begs the question though of management, letting stocks dwindle necessitating a delay of that period.
I have now received a response from Matthew after reading the review and they are now cancelling my order, despite my willingness to wait further!! Yet another reason to avoid.

The delay is due to us being manufacturers rather than distributors (like Amazon etc).

I've used this companys products a few times now and always get great results. Can't go wrong.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I ordered Liquid Gypsum which did take a little while to arrive due to the lead time, but once I used it, I wouldn’t try anything else. It fixed my waterlogged garden! Unbelievable product and highly recommended.

Arranged to pop by to pick up an order on the way back from parkrun and save on delivery, was treated to a tour of the facility and insights into the research going on. The passion for good science and solutions was absolutely on show every step. Applied some gold leaf and i can see the change in growth on my plants from before and after application, shame they couldn't help with the weather last year though :)

Eutrema Liquid Gypsum worked a treat on our new build lawn.

The garden of my new build property was constantly waterlogged. The expensive plants were looking sick and the turf was yellow. The people at Eutrema were really helpful informing me which products I needed to solve the problem and how to apply them . The products worked extremely well and there are now no puddles or waterlogging. My neighbours have now used the products and their gardens have been similarly transformed.

Have use their products on my new build garden to stop it becoming totally water logged and really impressed plus great communication from their customer service team

Really impressive customer service and product has worked wonders for my waterlogged garden. Would really highly recommend as a low cost option for draining the garden.

Guys on the phone really took the time understand the problems with my lawn.
Products did exactly what they say they would too. Sorted our new build lawn out in a few months in 2025.

I phoned and spoke to the same guy twice who insisted there information was on your website regarding the usage of both Clay Drainer and Liquid Gypsum on wet grass. There isn’t. He said it might be under FAQ - no it isn’t.

I was told by him not to use these products on wet grass. Fair enough I assume he knows what he is talking about in terms of usage. However, the inconsistency with your website continued as he also said to use the Liquid Gypsum first - although the website says Clay Drainer can be used 2 weeks before or after Liquid Gypsum.

May I suggest you make this clearer one way or another on your website.
