Their customer service is top notch! shoutout to heather!!

After a few days of not being able to get my order to finalize I decided to contact customer support, they just gave me a list of things to try while I had already mentioned trying all of those things.

What ended up fixing it was switching browser from firefox to chrome and that made the site work, so I contacted them again to let them know that there might be an issue with the store in some browsers. They respond with the most generic "sorry for your troubles" bla bla bla, nothing in there had ANY relevance to the mail I sent. It's like complaining to a waiter that there's a fly in your soup and they respond with "sorry, we do not serve gluten free bread"

The customer service representative that took my call was so helpful and never felt like I was getting on her nerves.

I had a great experience with Warner Music Store customer support. My order arrived with the wrong item, but Heather from the support team responded quickly and arranged a replacement shipment right away.

Contacted the support service due to my code not being received for an artist pre-sale. I soon after received a code, however the morning after, when I managed to enter the pre-sale, my code wasn't working. I inmediately emailed on the email trail from my previous ticket, and they replied within a minute with a new code. I managed to secure my tickets for the concert.

I was purchasing tickets for the Hilary Duff Tour and my presale code did not work. I received a new one within 1 minute I sent my email. It was incredibly fast and I could purchase the ticket. So happy<3 Thank you for everyone who helped on the case 783606.

I had to return an item from the Melanie Martinez collection. After reading the WMOS returns policy, I waited the allotted 28 days to chase.

Once I did, their customer service agent Heather was brilliant! She arranged for the order refund to be sorted and also gave instructions on how to get a refund for the return postage. All sorted and back in my account within 2 days.
