Shipped a sill plate to me, (thin sheet metal) in US, in a box too short, so just left the top open, and pinch taped it, with only one wrap of bubble wrap to get it to america...through customs. 800.00 bucks later. I have a bent, dog eared sill plate. I left a bad review. They contacted me in response to my review, and the response was good. I let them know that my complaint was with the packing, not the shipping. They offered to make it right. That is pretty much all you can ask without employing a time machine. Keith is a good guy who seems to legitimately care about the business.

Needed help with freight and selection of a number of stickers. Prompt and helpful service.

My experience of Eurospares was excellent.For a start they had the part I needed which had been hard to source for my make even the dealer couldn't get one .It was a reasonable price for genuine parts ,used ones on e baywere not much less.They were easy to deal with kept me updated and part arrived quickly and very well packaged ,woulddef rwcommend

Je commande des pièces pour ma maserati pas les bonnes plus de 250€ envoyé un mail renvoyé après renvoyé les pièces bien reçu plus aucune nouvelle de cette société jais envoyé plus de 6 mail ils fond le mord des escros. Jais l'attention déposé plainte contacte service des fraudes faite très attention quand vous achetez des pièces vous faire avoir le pire correspond pas au pièces que jais commande

Ordered goods requested I need it quick got a email from sales saying I opted for FedEx standard delivery and they would change it to FedEx express delivery without any other charge got it next day well packed that’s how a company should be I will definitely be buying in future
