Great customer service and communication. The mobile fleet offering from Garyn and his team has been a breath of fresh air.

Great service, all staff are friendly and knowledgeable, very good communications from all at the Cardiff branch, Delivery drivers are first class. Also their new mobile fleet van service run by Garyn has become invaluable.

Additional support two days a week to assist in keeping our fleet compliant, legal and in good working order.
The techs are very knowledgeable and capable repairing short notice defects on site.
This has assisted our operation by ensuring our fleet stays mobile in a very demanding sector.
A major asset since we started with the defect clinic running alongside our service contract with Euro Commercials in Cardiff, the local Mercedes Trucks service centre.

Would be 6 star if I could Antoine You safe my live!!! Absolutely outstanding experience with these guys. Massively helpful, good customer service, good prices and huge range. Glad I found them! (and no, they didn't ask me to leave this review, I chose to do so on my own accord)

I have had 2 of the worst experiences with Euro Commercial Seansea branch.. The first time was for a simple service which took 8 days to complete with not one phone call updating me with any progress i had to contact them, they say they are 24/7 garage but you will never get hold of anyone after 3pm so this meant my business lost a lot of money and less than 2 months later it’s Booked in for an MOT at 9am and at 2pm they still haven’t even looked at it. I will be going down first thing in the morning and pulling my Van from there.. Absolutely disgusting customer services, if they cant take the work then hire more staff or simple cut back on the work..

So i work for a large company in avonmouth with over 100 trucks and due to customer demand needed extra help to get the work done.
Contacted merc who then helped us out with their mobile van. Been using the help of their van for a few months now and the help has been exceptional. They help with warranty work, parts, electrical jobs maniacal jobs anything I need help with. Turn up when they say, great communication and so reliable. Highly recommend to any company in need of a little extra help. Thankyou chaps 👍

Simply fantastic service. I had an EML warning light pop-up on a journey to Cardiff hospital for a medical consultation. I called and spoke to Ashley. He dealt with my call very quickly with reassurance and offered/arranged for me to pop in within an hour. On meeting, Damien immediately guided my Sprinter van to Georgi who ran a 'diagnostics' report on the engine. From arrival to leaving with reassurance i was less than 20mins Everyone of these three, and any others who helped deserve a well earned pat on the back and round of applause. Sincere thanks.

We run a company with a fleet of Mercedes, that will change going forward as you cannot get through to Euro Commercials when you need them to solve a problem, currently a van is out of action due to overheating, I cannot get them to even answer the telephone to arrange a service, this is diabolical - no point in a warranty if they do not supply a afterservice which is fit for purpose.
See the response below- well now they have our van and I cannot get hold of them to see how long it will be or even is it repaired- still no-one answering the phone and just get cut off

Mobile support off Garin is second to none contacted him for brake replacement at site completed within 24 Hrs. Invaluable!

Efficient Polite Service. Recall work done. Happy with that.

Was warned that Labour costs were £180 per hour so only asked for quote for how much parking sensors were to fix, whilst vehicle was there it seemed to make sense.

Were very helpful when it came to my request to drop my van off late at night; exceeded my expectations in this regard.

*** Negatives

Was not warned that I'd be expected to pay for diagnosis of parking sensor issue albeit I would not have been surprised to have been charged something for plugging their computer in (even if they did have to do it anyway to fit the airbag)

Was shocked at the £130 (plus vat) cost of this diagnosis esp as it is work I have done myself, and I am aware how little time it takes.

Was flabbergasted at the cost quoted for replacing the parktronic unit that was faulty in the left wing mirror. This part was £200 from Merc (aftermarket approx £110), ok I get that. But they wanted £450 labour and it is a job that, and I know this as I have done it myself in a past life, takes under fifteen minutes.

Whilst I was polite when I picked my van up, I did tell them my views. Odds on they don't care however as tesco / Salisbury / dpd / amazon probably just suck it up on their vans.

With the recent introduction of their mobile van service operated by Garyn this service has provided us with an extra service which enables us to repair vehicles quickly and fuss free.

Having needed to carry out recall work on several vehicles, Euro Commercials went above and beyond.
hey agreed to attend our centre and carry out all the relevant work.
This meant that none needed to be taken off road or time spent moving vehicles to and from.

Since becoming a compliance manager for a local logistics company my experience with Euro Commercial Cardiff can only be described as excellent,my Mercedes fleet is in exemplary hands, any problems that do arise are dealt with quickly and professionally.
A service recently offered by Euro Comm Cardiff is what we refer to as a defect clinic which involves Garyn attending our company site three times a week to rectify any vehicle defects identified by drivers completing their daily walk around checks,this offers enormous peace of mind,long may it continue.Massive thank you to Karl,Lee,Garyn,John and his drivers,the workshop,the girls in accounts and front of service.

Front of house was fantastic as usual, Paul and the team have been brilliant throughout the years however I have had an issue with work taken out over the last 6 years which as the millage 450000km is alot probably 90% of my visits require an additional visit to correct something done incorrectly by the technicians. on this occation the mechanics had missed on a service an clearly worn out / broken shock absorber even though i had pointed the techs in the correct direction to look, this visit was to correct that oversite and general care is poor, got there at agreed time , front door locked (not a surprise and not normally a problem as out of hours ) went to fire escape as previosly agreed to see technisions, door wide open loud music playing , couldnt raise anyones attention was able to walk through workshop and into office picked up my invoice on the desk and waited, thought i heard somone in the workshop went back out there then a tech came in through the front door and gave me a bollocking for being in the building, they had all gone together to get food off site leaving the whole place unlocked and unsecure with vehicles keys and tools inc mine vunerable to theft they had even driven past me on their return and parked out back to eat.
this plus a long list of past mechanical errors by the workshop I find myself no longer able to use Euro commercials for any future works, the organisation has to look at the fact alot of vehicles are not run by massive organistions like amazon or the ambalance service who will just accept work and price reguardless

Arrived ahead of time. Job time was to be 25-30 mins. All finished in 20 mins. Cannot fault trhem.

Finally received my vehicle (Sprinter) .
Adam from the sales team was very obliging and competent . I would definitely recommend him and Euro commercials again

Tried to book a service before driving to Spain phoned three times and it took a week for someone to phone back by which time i had gone elsewhere. Better than when i tried to book a MOT no call back then.

These guys are the best, and that’s why we use them.
