Great experience- friendly and responsive engagement with Gavin and Ryan throughout. The tournament itself was great fun and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Very well organised event in Blackpool went like clockwork, staff very friendly, referees all on time no issues what so ever.

The tournament was well run one hiccup was the first game too many parents kids on the side lines and consuming alcohol but tuay was swiftly dealt with

Gavin, Ryan and the team were great. They stepped in and helped when our flight was cancelled last minute and managed to get us a coach to pick up at Cairnryan. The tournament was very well run and all transport and hotels were as expected.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Blackpool Cup.

In the lead up to the tournament and during the planning stage the organisers were very helpful and always on and to answer any questions we had and point us in the right direction

As a group the pre planning was very well documented and was easy to choose what best suited our needs
The arrangements for travel and accommodation all ran smoothly with very courteous drivers, support personnel and hotel staff.
Hotel was well situated for both travel to and from playing venue and for travel into Preston

Overall the weekend went without a hitch and allowed the group to have an enjoyable experience and bond as a unit and to make memories

From my initial communication with Euro-Sportring to booking our 20 players and 22 adults our experience was second to none. Gavin, Ryan and Sandra were quick with their replies and were always helpful in all areas of the trip. I would highly recommend booking through Euro-Sportring as you will not be disappointed.

We attended at Blackpool Cup at the weekend, the start of our trip away with out under 10’s football team went smoothly, hotel was very run down whereby shower doors etc were broken and dirty sheets on the beds, as the cost of a family of 4 being £800 for a hotel I felt was a lot of money for very poor accommodation.

As we play U10’s it is a 7 a side game

Onto the tournament, on the Saturday all other teams showed sportsmanship and friendly atmosphere but on Sunday, we noticed the atmosphere had changed.

We made it to the quarter finals whereby we played a team called Thistle Academy Hawks and won 3-0.

On attending the pitch for the semi finals we were against Thistle Academy Cobra’s and we noticed 4 out of the 7 players we were about to play were the same players we had put out in the quarter finals.

How can this be? How can we play the same team when we put them out in the quarters? Rules state that no players should be played in 2 teams?

We approached 3 officials and the referee who told us “nothing we can do just have to play on” again told them it was in the rules but they did not seem to care that this was a clear violation of the fair play principles.

Lots of complaints as we ended up not having an offical referee in the semi final which euro sportring website states

“Offical referees - guaranteeing honest competition”

The volunteer who played referee high fives and hugged the other team coach when he allowed a hand ball foul for the other team to score the winning goal.

Upon our loss, the children fell to the ground and cried at which point the coach and parents for the other team bent down to scream and celebrate in the faces of children, which was not challenged from any officials or referees.

We voiced our opinion to Gavin McIntyre immediately after the semi final regarding the behaviour and the cheating that occurred with Thistle Academy playing 4 of the same boys (who are all signed academy players of Hamilton and Motherwell) how is this fair how can we be lay the same team in a quarter final and semi final?

Gavin was not interested and allowed Thistle Academy to play the final even with complaints from both ourselves and Fleetwood Town (other finalists).

I therefore out in writing a formal complaint and showed clear evidence of cheat to which again Gavin was not interested in and told me he would not apologise for our boys being cheated out a competition and would not take any actions on Thistle Academy.

I have all evidence to take further action to the FA regarding this matter, but thought I would make people aware.

It is disheartening to see the integrity of the tournament compromised by such behavior, which not only undermines the spirit of fair competition but also sets a poor example for players, coaches, and spectators alike.

Cheating tarnishes the reputation of the sport and erodes the trust of those involved in the tournament.

We played in an U15s tournament in Holland at easter 2024. Well organised and accomadation was nice, Ryan and Gavin very helpful with any queries.
The lads had a great time on the trip.

From start to finish Euro-sportring were amazing taking control of the organising for our team to go to Holland . Even when we had a few hiccups along the way when travelling arrangements etc got cancelled . The guys were on the ball with sorting this all out . Would definitely use them for booking again .

The organisation from Gavin/Ryan and the team everything ran smoothly and couldn’t be faulted absolutely amazing always there to answer any questions big or small ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you all on behalf of Westpark Navy 2010, our experience at Blackpool Cup 2024 was second to none. Every part of the tournament was well organised and would 100% recommend signing up. Our players/coaches and parents had an amazing time and have all said we would definitely do it again.

Excellent tournament, well organised.

Really well run competition and extremely responsive to any needs. It was our first time doing an event like this and it was made easy by the whole team from Euro-Sportring. We will definitely return!

Everything was brilliantly organised. This is our first year to enter the tournament. Ryan and Gavin made the upfront organising so easy. There was never a stupid question and all queries were dealt with efficiently and effectively. The tournament itself was really impressive - so well run with lots of really helpful stewards on hand to guide us through the weekend. The hotel was perfect - the kids particularly liked the pitch views :) and, again, the staff were extremely helpful.

Brilliant tournament from start to finish.
Easy to set up and plenty of help from sportring along the way.

It was our first time bringing a team abroad and was an amazing experience.

Will definitely be back
