Was very happy with the service! I got my partner some personalised gifts and had some special requests which they catered for perfectly!
Their communication was amazing, quick and was ready to collect in a couple days.

Not gift boxed
I have no issue with the product or the engraved personalisation as they are lovely. And communication was great.
I am however disappointed that my item was not gift boxed as stated. It was packeged in a box for postage but a box that has the postage address stuck to it is not a gift box.

Had a whiskey bottle and 2 glasses made for my partners birthday. They came out perfect absolutely beautiful. Really good communication and they listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend very pleased.

Awesome Products and Awesome Service
We can't speak highly enough about Etch Cetera!! We wanted some particular designs and they listened to what we were looking for and were able to produce not only exactly what we were after but also to a very high standard. Their products and service are excellent. The items were also extremely well packed and sent and received super quick. We would not hesitate to order from them again.
