No tracking number, never received item, have not communicated when sent emails to ask what is happening,
I did received a email asking me for a review.
It is a scam so no item and loss of my hard earned money

Utter garbage. Ordered two dresses, I am a school teacher and these were intended for school. The material was so thin I could not have worn these. Cheap, chat and not worth the price even at reduced cost. Am currently trying to get a return form but doubt that will happen as they are ignoring my communications. Probably so the 30 days return policy will lapse.

DO NOT buy from this company it’s utter rubbish and a waste of money.

Everyone I come in here it’s nothing but great people who are very nice and respectful I’ve never had a problem with any problems

Company sent wrong item (a really ugly dress). Called and they were supposed to send a replacement. Have yet to receive an e-mail or anything stating this. I am sure I have been fleeced for 32 dollars. It costs return postage and restocking fee, etc. You end up getting about 10 dollars of your 32 dollars back. This company is going to go bankrupt again!

I ordered a hoodie from them almost two months ago. Said it was delivered on the 3rd of April but it’s never been in my mailbox or at my door. Costumer service said it was delivered so ask my friends and neighbours if they’d picked it up. I did and nobody had seen it. I have emailed with costumer service a few times about not getting my order and they finally responded with “we are losing money too with this order so the best we can do is give you 15% back. 15%!!! I will never shop Essentials.com again. It was the first and last time I will ever shop there. Buyers beware!

Don't buy anything from here you can't return it and the customer service is non existing

Scam company, I stupidly ordered before checking out the reviews- goods not recived have asked twice to refund money but nothing- I have had to report to my credit card company- PLEASE AVOID :(((

THE WORST, absolute WORST service I have ever experienced EVER.

Missed delivery by over a month, do not reply to emails, do not provide any information. MEGA disappointed expected a lot more from this company, not even less than bare minimum.

I have ordered 2 sweatshirts and 1 of them the first "E" was cut incorrectly and looked weird. I got a full refund. Then I ordered another one and they said it was delivered and it wasn't delivered. They lie, no response, no tracking information. I will get another refund and will never use this company again. I am telling everyone I know about this company and tell them to tell their people about this company being a horrible scam. This ship will sink fast as I see all the other reviews. I wish I could leave pictures.

Essentialusaoutlet is a scam I ordered an essentials hoodie for $78.00 made purchase through PayPal. Once the purchase was done and the money taken off my card it kicked me off the site and sent my money to Asbury Automotive Used Car Center Texas Lp. I have never been to Texas and it also enrolled me in automatic payments daily for $78.00 to this company its a big scam and PayPal will not refund my money it was useless using paypal.

I ordered 2 products on July 2023, I never received them. I called the phone number and they said that they are a different company from "Esentials" with one "s". SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,.....

Would have been a zero but doesn't give the option. Bought there smart watch for £59 and after receiving it realised it wasn't a smart move. The watch lasted 2 weeks before breaking down. Wrote to the company and had no reply whatsoever but luckily I bought it using PayPal and they got my money back in 3 days. Great bank, lousy watch and company

more than one month delay in shipment. Not happy with their customer support, nor the product. Can't return .... will have to reverse my credit card charges ... such a hassle ... DO NOT BUY

Absoule scam. Order a jacket last October, have contaced several times via email, was told twice that the pakage was resent. Still nothing. Received an email offering 30% refund, replied to say it was not acceptable, then recieved another email saying the best they could do was a refund of 90%..... then the email disappeared👹👹👹

I ordered shoes in October and they were quick to get the money but I have yet to see anything. I’m guessing I’ve been scammed!

I placed an order on November 5,2022. I haven't seen anything yet. I spent $42.88. This is so wrong to take people hard earned money like this I hope they can find out who is doing this.

Only gave 1 star cuz no 0 option. They gave wrong track# it was for a SHEIN order. Spoke via emails for weeks with no luck. Do NOT order from they. It's disgusting that they get away with posting these ads. Never again.

I only gave them 1 Star because there weren't an option for Zero star!!! This Company is Totally a SCAM! I placed an Order way back in the Summer of 2022! Been in contact, by email, with someone from Company since then. The Tracking number they give is a FAKE! If U decide to Order from them Company be ready to cut Ur Loss (as I finally had to come to terms with).
